I’ll start off by simply saying my experience with SumZero Energy Systems could not have been better and surpassed all my expectations. My initial consultation with their energy consultant went well and totally inspired my confidence in their ability to get the job done. The price was fair, even a little less than other estimates I received. Paul, my SumZero energy consultant had four separate estimates delivered to me covering various configurations of the mini-split system to me within a day after our meeting. Paul explained the technical side of this technology to me very clearly and made it easy to understand. He also explained the advantages of using the Mass Save energy rebate program to lower installation costs upgrade insulation in my home. The savings through the Mass Save program is amazing.

The actual installation of the mini-split system went off without out the slightest problem. The crew showed up promptly on time and got right to work. They were polite, efficient and obviously experts at this process. The were extremely conscientious about laying out taps in the house in their work areas and the the place spotless. They were a stellar crew! My wife and I could not be happier.

Now that the warm weather is here I’m taking full advantage of the mini-split system. It’s whisper quiet, super efficient and looks great. The bonus is I don’t have to lug and install the bulky and heavy AC window units ever again. YAY!

If the rating system is 1 through 10, with 10 being the best, I’d give SumZero an 11. Look no further, hire SumZero for you mini-split installation. You will not be disappointed.

After getting 4 quotes we decided to work with Sum Zero for the installation if a whole home heat pump system. Their customer service is grade A, from sales to support with heat loan and rebate filing. They invited us to visit their show room to learn more about the company and technology, and were very flexible and responsive as we asked for different iterations of quotes as we tried to figure out what would really be the right solution for us. I was very sensitive to the aesthetics inside and out, and they helped us to come up with a solution that addressed this. The installation was quick in only 2 days for two heat pumps and 5 indoor registers. The crew was incredibly tidy and the installation is very clean and professional. They spread coverings over everything in the vicinity of the work and vacuumed at the end of each day. Couldn’t ask for more.

After a long and arduous search for a quality company to install a new multi zone mini split for my home, and finally narrowing it down to three, I decided to go with Sum Zero, and I'm glad I did. While I really liked the other two companies as well, there were countless little things that made a big difference that Sum Zero did for me. The communication was flawless, everyone I worked with was very helpful, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The installers did an amazing job, and I'm particularly thankful for their incredible hard work. I would recommend Sum Zero without reservation.

SumZero were perfect throughout my major furnace and AC replacement with a high quality heat pump system and duct replacement. The people they got for every part of the upgrade were incredible, and the team themselves were professional and responsive to my questions. I could not be happier with the entire process, and would recommend them wholeheartedly. And as a cherry on top, the cost was 1/3 lower than another quote I got for the same exact system. So they delivered excellent service for a reasonable price. That's a win-win in my book.

Prior to the crew company, Wanderson came to the house to go over everything and make sure there weren’t any unanswered questions. He was very polite and informative.

The crew scheduled to be at my house came on time and stayed late to get the job done. The had to remove the old system and install a new one in just 3 days! Our crew was Arthur, Paulo, Douglas who were very attentive to detail and provided excellent quality work.

Last but not least, I forgot their names but the two electricians that came with this crew were phenomenal. Overall, I highly highly suggest you use this company. You will not be disappointed.

The whole SumZero team is professional and trustworthy. The quality of their knowledge, staffing, and equipment is one of a kind. Our heating system was not working properly. A few minutes after explaining to them what was happening, they sent in one of their workers to fix the system. They were so prompt and made me feel like I was their number one priority. SumZero Energy Systems is the best HVAC company I have dealt with and I will forever recommend them.

Recently had mini splits installed in our 3 upstairs bedrooms. Units work well and SumZero was great to deal with. Initially had some issues with the condenser unit location and lines being run on the front of the house, but they were quick to remedy the situation until we were satisfied. Thanks to Wanderson and Paul and the rest of the crew for their help with everything.

This company help me to install a blend new heat pump and cooling system while still keeping the oil heating as an alternative. This is the plan I have been designing to make it the most inexpensive way to address the expensive bill for oil heating system. People there are responsive, professional and nice.
