Western Mass Heating and Cooling delivered an excellent system in our new home. It has performed flawlessly and efficiently over the past year and a half of ownership. These folks just showed up and came through fixing an issue that perplexed a handful of other companies. They got it done in under an hour. The service person Mike, communicated clearly, and had an extensive knowledge of the mechanisms in our unique hot water heater. After not having hot water in the house for weeks, I'm putting these guys up at the level of "heroic". Another company claimed we needed to replace the unit, so these folks just saved us over $7k. 5 stars all the way.

We used this company to install mini splits in our house. Initially we were not sure of the system we wanted, and they worked with us to design something that worked best for us. They were very responsive and timely in their communication. The crew was professional and friendly. I highly recommend them!
