Schneider Plumbing & Heating

These folks are great. Came out for an emergency plumbing issue without any notice a few years back and they charged us super fairly despite the opportunity to price gouge and exploit. Plumber was a kind man who explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to get our house back in working order. More recently, they were willing to modify their jam packed schedule to fit us in for a dishwasher installation that was needed right before I was scheduled for a major transplant surgery despite them being booked out to the max- those little bits of community care and compassion make Scheider's our neighborhood go-to plumber. Thanks again for being so compassionate and going above and beyond to help out a neighbor in a time of need. Highly recommend!

Clear communication is a pretty essential part of doing business. My experience with Schneider Plumbing is that the connection between the office and the plumber in the field is totally chaotic. I put in a call to these folks as a new customer and I clearly asked if they could come within two days time. They assured me they could. They didn't. If they said the may not be able to, I would have been happy to keep looking around. Two days later, we're still without running water, and we're starting the process over. They may provide quality service when they show up, but making false promises and sharing misinformation two days in a row gets you a 1 star rating from this guy.

They came in to make sure my gas stove was up to code. They responded quickly and were very professional. I would recommend them!

Slow work and a huge bill! The overall work was fair to satisfactory, not fantastic, but the fact that it took him so long to complete the work (they bill hourly) meant that I paid extra because he was so slow. I liked the people at Schneider Plumbing but I will not use them again because I feel they really overcharged me for this work.

The plumber sent out was a great guy. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He was glad to show me what he was doing and answer any questions I had.

Hopefully I don't need a plumber again anytime soon, but this si surely where I will be going.

I am very pleased with their expertise and professionalism. Carl did a wonderful job with our toilet, dishwasher and shower valve. Fast and efficient. Great work!
