I was very pleased with the excellent service provided by Tony Hall, the technician who recently serviced my furnace. He was here when scheduled and did a very thorough job preparing my furnace for winter. Give that young man a tip!!

some of the ladies working there are extremely rude over the phone. the drivers are lazy and will make excuses not to make your delivery if its raining. 0/10 do not recommend. Try one of the other suppliers around town

I called to have a gas heater looked at which was making noise. The service department immediately wanted to know if I was a current customer, and after they found out that I wasn't it seemed that they weren't as interested. 3 days later and no return call.

Ryan came to my place to disconnect the old and to connect a new gas range.He cooperated with me to place pads under the range's feet so as not to scratch the floor, as well as left the range leveled, evenly spaced between the adjacent countertops, and checked for functioning, all good naturally. Nicely done! I appreciate that.

Our boiler was not working this morning, Sandri came within an hour of our call for service, had us up an running very quickly. Excellent response time and service.

My driver, Jeff Hall got here first thing in the morning, allowing me to put this task to rest & get on with my day! I asked him to load me up to the max and because he had the available pellets on his truck, was happy to oblige. Thanks Jeff!! Keep up the great work!
