Jeremy Cortright came on time for my annual furnace check up. He was very efficient, friendly, and wore his mask. I think my furnace is heating the house better since he was here.

I'm writing this review to share my personal experience with Sandri technician, Tony Hall. Tony came to our home today for a routine service and cleaning of our boiler. Tony was excellent: professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thank you, Tony.

Ovi came to my house today to troubleshoot the wiring for a new thermostat for my oil-burning furnace. He was very knowledgeable and conscientious and did a great job figuring out how to get the thermostat working, in a complex heating and cooling application. His was able to get the wiring set up properly and made sure everything with the system was working properly before he left. Ovi definitely provided a positive customer experience.

Jonas recently serviced our furnace and did a wonderful job. He was professional, thorough and communicative. He explained what he did ad gave us a complete status report of our heating system. Bravo

Ovi came out both just before Christmas day--when he quickly diagnosed the problem with our Buderus Boiler--and then again the day after Christmas--when he actually installed the requisite part. He was a model of efficiency--both in terms of the quickness of his diagnosis and of his actual repair--and of explanation; he clearly outlined what the issue was, and then led us through the reason behind the part's failure. If I were to describe him in a few words, it would be: personable, articulate, patient, efficient, and skilled. Altogether, working with Ovi was a great experience!
