Jeremy Cartwright did our annual tune-up; he was on time, went right to work, finished pretty quickly and was very polite and personable. Thanks Jeremy, you’re a great rep for Sandri!

Rick Bukowski serviced our AC system today. We moved in last fall and the system had not been well maintained by the previous homeowner. Rick did a great job, with efficiency and humor. Thanks!

Our tankless hot water heater ceased to work, and our technician, Rick B., replaced the broken part and waited until we were certain it was functioning. He was friendly, personable, and, above all, knowledgeable.

we have had Tony Hall service our two furnaces. this is the second year he has done them. very good at what he does, and a pleasure to have him service our heating systems. very professional neat and clean very happy with him .hope he can come every year and take care of them.

Ovi serviced our gas furnace on Thursday morning, December 19th. He was very polite ad efficient, as he was when he was here before. He replaced the filter (providing me with the dimensions of the filter for the new furnace) and pointed out that the blower speed had been set on high, whereas it normally is set on medium for heat and high for the AC.

All the flyers and emails you get about their excellent service, toss them in your trash. I have kept Sandri as my company for years even though they charge more than most because I wanted service when and if I needed it. Then they cancelled two duct cleaning appts and a burning cleaning appt without prior notice, apology or any shred of decent treatment. So if you want to be paying for second homes, golf courses and convenience stores, hire them.

I was treated with an ignorant, I don't care attitude. I found the Burner Guys who did the cleaning for less money and with a smile.

Sandri has always been fantastic to work with, but we want to give a particular shout-out to Rick B. who came out to our house today. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond (and our dogs will miss him too).

Ovi was efficient and knowledgeable. He did a pressure test last week. Tim C. and Ty B. stopped by today and checked our entire system--extremely thorough work! And on top of it, they were very friendly and considerate. Thanks!

Jeremy is an awesome technician! He is prompt, pleasant, and does a great efficient job. He is very clear in his communication and update on what my system needs.

Brian (sorry, didn't get his last name) serviced our boiler and was awesome! He kept his mask on when he walked through the house, worked for a long time on our ancient boiler, which is now working at much better efficiency than ever before, gave us good advice on how to resolve our hot water issues, and was just a really nice guy.
