Coldest day of the year and coldest night soon to follow, when our propane heat dies. Sandri sent out Rick Bukowski and he didn't just come, restart and leave. He set out to "problem solve" by working his way through the whole system, testing and retesting. He made sure the process was more than just a "look see." Rick knows his stuff and we deeply appreciate the great service!

Rick came to do our annual AC checkup and he discovered a kitchen vent that was not operating correctly. He helped us find the problem and corrected it promptly. Much appreciated!

Our deliverer is Josh Pierce and he's excellent: never crushes plantings, works around the chaos of our home renovations debris, leaves a tidy easy-to-find receipt, never honks the horn or tears screeching into the driveway (once did have a crazy deliverer in Connecticut who zoomed up our 1/4 mile driveway and every year ran over some rhododendrons!). Josh is terrific and he waves at our cat. Service with a smile, etc. Thank you!

Jeremy Cortright came to our house today for our annual cleaning. Jeremy showed up on time, was very courteous and respectful. He left everything spotless. I'll be requesting him for next years cleaning. Thank you!

We had two Sandri folks working at our house at the same time - Ovi for mini splits installation and Stanley for plumbing. Both were great. Efficient, friendly and helpful. Thank you.

My Technician was Ryan Wagner. Ryan has done work in our house before, so it was nice to see him back again.Very professional and courteous. The job was done very quickly and the end result was great. Highly recommended

Rick Bukowski performed a complete cleaning of our natural gas furnace the morning of Dec. 18, 2019. He was very professional and attentive to our questions and concerns. We feel fortunate to have had Rick respond to our call for service and recommend him highly.

All our experiences with Sandri have been positive. This morning Rick Bukowski came to help us with a gas fireplace that was acting up. He was right on time, efficient, pleasant to work with and solved our problem giving us great instructions about what to do if trouble hits again. We love Sandri!

Jeff Hall has been delivering wood pellets to me for a few years now. It's always great to work with him because I have a particularly hard location to have pellets delivered to. He has always been friendly,helpfull, patient, and allways shows up on time. I am currently planning on having a new pellet furnace installed and because of my interactions with Jeff, Sandri is the only company I would consider installing and servicing my new system.

Josh pierce and his team were amazing! I’ve been worried about getting service started because of my schedule. And when I was home from break I saw my neighbors getting oil and I asked josh if he could possibly help me fill mine, he told me what to do and was right on it! He was helpful friendly and did it with a smile! Thank you sandri for being such a great company with amazing employees!
