We just had our furnace serviced by Sandri; Technician Jeremy Cartwright. Jeremy did a great job. We have been very happy with the efficient Buderus boiler and water heater installed by Sandri several years ago, and Sandri's annual service.

We are satisfied, and impressed, Sandri customers. The excellent technical service; the professionalism and courtesy of the team; the overall attention to project details; and the on-time and on-budget implementation have left us very grateful and happy customers. On Nov. - 5, 2019 we had an emergency installation of a new furnace as we had been without heat and hot water for three days and Stanley, Ryan Timmy did a wonderful job, They were courteous, professional, VERY knowledgeable, friendly, patient with their work and also with me as I am elderly, disabled and they cared about our dogs not getting loose. Without reservation I recommend them and Sandri for any job. And thank you Sandri, these three wonderful technicians, and any customer who was inconvenienced and needed to have their work rescheduled.

We just installed a heating system in our elderly farm house which had relied solely on wood heat for its first 100 years. Dave and Peter were great, well organized and delivered a high level of craftsmanship and expertise. As an added bonus, the job was finished a day ahead of time. The sales team was knowledgeable about the deep rebates from Mass Save and ensured the project took full advantage of the cost savings. They will also take care of the paperwork to ensure we get our Mass Save rebate. We highly recommend Sandri for anyone looking to find expert advice and service for a complex project like this.

Jeremy Cortright serviced our furnace last week. He was very professional and thoroughly did his job. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Sandri is lucky to have employees like him.

Ryan was very competent in his repair of our toilet. He also advised us about updating our shower and sink hardware in the bathroom which we will be doing shortly. He even took pictures of the shower hardware so he could order the correct fixtures. I hope he is the one that comes back to do the work in the future. He also had fixed our sump pump at an earlier visit.

Ovi did an amazing job getting our old Harmon stove back in working order. It was a little difficult making the appointment, but once the technician arrived the experience was great. He even took the extra time to teach me how to use the stove properly. Thanks Ovi!

Josh was at our new home yesterday. He was great! We asked to have a delivery by a driver who could explain to us our newly acquired homes heating system. He was through with his explanation of our radiant heating system. We are new to radiant heat. He gave us some suggestions of improvements we could make such as putting a coat of paint on our recently installed oil tank to preserve it. He was patient with our questions,through with his explanations and said, "I don't know about that." when he didn't. He could have faked it and we would not have known. We'd recommend him to anyone.

I just had my oil burner cleaned and serviced by Jeremy Cartwright. He was very punctual and professional. He did a very thorough cleaning and evaluation of my heating system. Would be pleased to have him here for servicing again.
