Rick Bukowski came today for a furnace cleaning. What a friendly professional man. He was knowledgeable and efficient....every customer's dream! I would highly recommend this serviceman to anyone. Give him the $4 and then some! He is worth it!!! In this day and age you will find few people to hit Rick's high standards.

Rick Bukowski from Sandri came for the annual tune-up of our natural gas furnace. He was on time, pleasant, and efficient. I have used Sandri (before that Deerfield Valley Heating and Colling) for years to service our HVAC system, and Sandri installed a new hot water heater a few years ago, too.

Ovi and Jeremy came to look at my heat pump hot water heater. I've had it for almost a year and it's never delivered hot water reliably at the proper temperature. They patiently ran through diagnostics while talking to a technician from the company (Bradford White) for an hour on the phone. They were very professional and explained what they did clearly. Five stars to both of them!

Rick Bukowski was sent to fix a problem with no heat in my gas furnace. The man not only knows his stuff but he shares information. Watching him work it's obvious that he knows what he's doing. He wasted no time but at the same time he was thorough. Where other technicians have started with replacing parts, Rick started with diagnosing my problem then fixing it. Excellent service work replacing a fuel line and disconnecting an old tank. The oil delivery was right on time and $135.00 per gallon lower than the price my old supplied quoted.

Rick Bukowski came to do a general inspection of our Gas heating system. We just moved into this house and we are unfamiliar with they system, he showed us what to do and what NOT to do, explaining every step of the way. During his inspection he found that one of the sensors is on it's way out and ordered a replacement. I feel Rick went above and beyond what he was sent here to do and I really appreciated his tutorial on our system.

Today Jeremy Cartwright serviced our furnace and hot water heater. He was right on time, cheerful, polite, and wearing his mask (while I temporarily forgot mine). He even asked about entering through a bulkhead so as not to come through the house, but the outside entry to the basement was snowed in. After cleaning the units and replacing the furnace filter, he filled us in on the efficiency of our units, which was optimal in both cases. We were very pleased to make his acquaintance and pleased he took the time to explain the shape of our systems. Hope to see him in the future!
