When our boiler stopped working, we had Sandri come take a look. Rick Bukowski was punctual and very friendly. He did a great job explaining what was wrong and what maintenance was recommended in the near future. He was professional, efficient, and even great with our dog! 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Rick Bukowski came to service our generator. We also had an issue with our fireplace insert. Instead of just brushing the issue aside he agreed to take a look at it. Within a short period of time he solved the problem and it was working again. He was professional and easy to work with. Thanks again Rick. Great experience!

We just bought a new house, that came with an oil furnace that had been disconnected by the previous owner. Rick Bukowski walked us through the assessment of the furnace, answered all our questions, and was very upbeat and fun to have around. Though he was pretty sure the furnace would need replacing in the next 12 months, he managed to patch it together to make it through this winter, so we would have time to look at our options. Really a super pleasant and competent guy. Thanks Rick!

Sandri installed a wood stove for me two years ago and we’re great and professional, even working through a government program to cover the expense. When recently it was revealed they had made an error they were really good about finding a quick solution to get me back up and running. I mostly dealt with Lauren who is really professional and on top of everything.

I had used Sandri’s for many years and had my boiler checked and serviced every year at the cost of $250/year. This March my boiler water tank burst in the evening and my son called Sandri’s to come and check it out. It turned out that the water tank was completely rusted out and had never been checked during the yearly maintenance checks. They charged me $500 for the emergency evening visit. They never accepted any responsibility for not checking the water tank. I’m completely finished with them and had another company replace my boiler. I am extremely disappointed with them.

I had Jeremy Cartright service my oil furnace on Oct.5,2021. He was thorough, and discussed with me everything about my furnace ,cleaned and serviced it well; keeping my thirty one year old furnace humming along.
Very much appreciated his knowledge, expertise, and care to be complete.

We were visited by Rick B and Samantha M today (08/07), as we required tune-up services for our mini split units, which Sandri installed 2 years ago, and additionally required cleaning & tune-up on our Empire propane heater units. Both of these employees were friendly, pleasant and very professional. We are very pleased with this servicing and would highly recommend them to others. Thank you!

We have had a hot water heater and mini-splits installed earlier this summer and are very happy. Most recently we had service on our gas furnace and I was very pleased with Rick Bukowski. He was neat, quiet, and thorough. He changed out a worn part and made sure I knew why he did it. When he finished I barely knew he had been there everything was cleaned up and closed up. I am very pleased. Thank you so much.

Recently had Rick Bukowski perform our annual boiler cleaning and I couldn't be happier. Rick was thorough, and well versed in the technical side of the service, as well as being very professional, polite, and friendly through the whole experience.

The technician who serviced our oil furnace and hot water heater; was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, ani I felt extremely competent to do the service. He also gave numerous tips to help preserve our furnaces. I give TH , not sure I should put full names in my review, my highest rating. My only suggestion is you give technicians like TH $40 not $4!!!
