I had this company over for a standard HVAC service for my house that has a Trane Heat Pump. The mechanic had no idea how to work a Nest Thermostat. He did not know how to make the auxiliary heat turn on. He did not check any of the ducts for any obstructions. He did not check or clean the blower wheel or motor to the air handler. He did not check the returns or the second thermostat in my house. And, he was rude. When I responded to the invoice saying the service was inadequate and labeling the number of items i was disappointed in, he said "The staging of the auxilary heat was not checked, as I had no access to your nest app."
