10 y/o water heater died at 11am Thursday; Paul had a brand new replacement installed by noon the next day, and was extremely competitive with his pricing.

I got a referral for Paul from my colleague after I shared about my disappointment regarding my failed water heater. The HVAC company rep had done a lousy job that resulted to my basement flooding even after doing two visits. They were v expensive and not responsive. Paul came over and gave me options that were less than 50% cheaper than the HVAC company including labour costs. Not only did he help shop for a replacement tank but used his van to bring it on site. He did a clean job and gave me lots of tips on maintenance and also fixed a leak. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a solution to a similar situation to look out for Paul.

Paul was great, very responsive, woke up to my water heater leaking and after several calls i found Paul he came rught out gudied me through the process and 2.5 hrs later a brand new water heater installed at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Vona heating and if I need any other work done he will be my first call
