He was professional, knowledgeable and prices were reasonable. He did an excellent job and a decent human. I will definitely use him for all my future plumbing jobs:projects . House sitting for my daughter when the water heater stopped working. went online and found Vona Plumbing, 5 star reviews, so gave them a call. They were out the same day and replaced the water heater, and hauled the old one away. Very prompt, helpful and courteous, definitely living up to all the 5 star reviews! I saved the number for my daughter and her husband should they need a plumber in the future.

I have used Paul a couple of times now. He was available to get me out of an urgent leak situation and got me fixed up fast. I've since used him on a gas line installation. He doesn't cut corners or skirt permits, which is important to me. He is a pleasure to work with and is willing to take on some jobs others may consider too small.

Paul is absolutely the best of the best! Very friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t get my heat to stay on after re-programming my thermostat and Paul not only fit me in on a Friday, but was able to troubleshoot the issue quickly and get the heat restored back in my house. I contacted several other heating repair companies in the area and never even got a response back or was told it would take a few days to get someone out. I’m so glad I didn’t wait on another company because I will only contact Paul for future heating repair needs.
