It was a dark and stormy night.
I was braving the soggy summer weather; laughing , in fact, because I was sitting here cool and happy with my AC going, chillin', yeah! And then, it happened. My HVAC unit gave out unexpectedly. It was a spectacular demise, replete with agonised shrieks, moans, groans, and horrible smells." Drat," thought I. "Who do I call to fix this poor thing?" I didn't panic, I did my research.

Steve(The owner) is an honest, straightforward guy, who knows what he's doing. He arrived on time, well prepared, and correctly diagnosed the problem; burned out bearings in the fan motor. His repair estimate was honest too, and his prices are fair. He told me what was wrong, and how much to fix it. No BS. None. Here is an ethical tech, who will get the job done. Yay! I highly recommend.

Fantastic service. The technician was polite, knowledgeable and extremely sympathetic to my plight of no heat for days. The problem was fixed quickly and at an extremely reasonable rate. Recommend and will def use them again.

$120 for estimate on a vacant property because of COVID risk. As a essential worker we didn’t ask anything extra to serve people DURING the pandemic because we’re part of this community in good days and bad days.
