I don't personally know Steven, nor have I ever hired him for work..I live in WA; however I have spend countless hours watching his Youtube channel and have found his assessment and work to be rather entertaining. I especially like his honest assessment of situations and his willingness to chat with his customers. My opinion from across the country is that I would hire Steve in a heartbeat and probably be very happy with his work!!

I wish this guy was in my area! I have never had him work in my house but his YouTube videos speak for themselves! He’s very smart and honest with his customers, he has a great sense of humor 😄 I’ve watched his YouTube videos for about 6 years now. I honestly wouldn’t write this review if I hadn’t consistently been watching his videos! No rip offs with this guy. If you are looking for a good technician or plumber in the Dartmouth area, look no further! This is your guy!!

Steve is an Old School Technician who knows his way around the block! He tells it like it is and doesn't give you any sort of bullcrap sales pitch just to make a quick buck. If you want a REAL technician and not some phoney baloney salesman, look no further!

Steve is an amazing plumber, all these other people crying never owned a business in their life! Businesses have to make money to operate and it gets more expensive every year of course he's not gonna work for free. Steve is a privately owned business he doesn't have to do work for you unless he wants to if you want someone to work for free find someone who will. Other than that highly recommend Steve!

Poor business service. No communication. No call, No show so called "professional ". Waste of time.

I called for service on Tuesday and left a message. Called back on Wednesday and spoke to Owner, I discussed the problem i was having and he agreed to take the job for Friday. Gave address and phone #. Friday came and nothing. So I called at 11am no answer left message. Called again at 3pm and same no answer left message. Next day and still nothing. This HVAC Business is a waste of time. If you can't do your job, don't pretend and take the job.

The best! Tells it like it is, tries to save you money. Excellent at his trade. My Dad was a boiler repair guy, he would laugh when people would call and say my boiler is broke, no heat, give me an estimate! TIME AND MATERIALS!

Our family has called on Steve for years. He is always honest and doesn't rush out before checking his work. Last weekend our furnace started making loud noises and we immediately called Steve. He was able to get us a new fan motor installed the same day so we could get our heat back on.

Mr. Lavimoniere, I want to thank you for your professionalism on YouTube. You are very detail on your presentations and it shows that you have many years of experience in your work. I enjoy your presentations very much and will continue to watch them . It shows that you are a very hard working man who enjoys what he does.

I had a gas fed steam boiler that died. Called me back within a couple of hours and said he was coming right over. Had it fixed in an hour and explained exactly what was wrong, and what to look out for.

I've used Steve off and on for several years. From boiler work to appliance hookups and drain repairs. Great guy. Knows what he's doing and charges by time and materials. This to me is the most fair way for both parties.
