I wish I had someone like Steve near me. He knows what he is doing and never sells you things you do not need. Hard to find guys like him anymore. Just watching his videos helps me learn more about my own stuff so I know what and when something needs replaced vs repaired. Thanks Steve!

Grumpy Steve as we call him installed a hose spigot and when he did where it was a screw on connection he welded we a pipe into it so I need to call him next time I need a faucet changed out. But I won’t call him. I’ll use Uponor expansion pex and replumb it way better then he did and it’s easy to do. Stupid me also had him working on an outdoor shower on my few million dollar summer home. When he installed the shower head he put his vice grips on it instead of using one of his dirty towels then the vice grips to prevent scratching it up. So my new shower head has marks on it. I think Steve is jealous therefor disrespectful and incaring of the quality of work. We even offered to fix him up with a gal pal of my wife’s who needed some fun and was willing to show Steve a fun time since he clearly needs it. Grumpy steve said what’s a gal built like that want with me? She’s out of my league. We stopped trying to cheer Steve up. We think he wants to be a grumpy plumber and is to old to change his ways. It’s easy to be cheesy for Steve.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Shares his knowledge with Homeowners and HVAC&R Techs on YouTube too! That's how I found him. Was watching his training course on Oil Burners. Thanks Steve!!!

Never done business with him since he’s lives in a completely different region of the U.S. than where I live, however his YouTube channel is phenomenal. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and even hilarious. He tells it as it is and is not afraid to say what’s on his mind. Would love to do business with him, but as stated he lives in a completely different region unfortunately.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have dealt with! Was told to shut off our ac until he could get there. Ok fine. He was then asked when that would be as we have an elderly person in the home with us, so that we could figure things out, he proceeded to say “I’m all set” & slammed the phone down! Giving him 1 star was wayyy more than he deserved. I work in an office taking/making 100+ calls per day - this is NOT how you handle things.

Steve did a great job fixing my boiler, when it decided to fail me. He knew what to do when he arrived and my boiler was working after he worked his magic to fix it. I will definitely consider him for future plumbing work. Steve also answered all of my questions and concerns with my (baseboard gas heat) boiler.

Super impressed with Lavimoniere Plumbing Heating & Air. My boiler stopped working suddenly and I called Mr. Lavimoniere to see if he was able to come by to see if I needed to replace it, which I was dreading having to do. He was at my house within 45 minutes and was completely honest with his recommendations and said that he could fix it. He called around to a couple of stores to locate a particular part for my boiler, which he ended up not needing. He just had to replace a spark controller and changed the corroded ground wire connector. He said that he would return the other part and I was so thankful for his honesty - he could have gone ahead and replaced the other part, even though I didn't need it. He explained everything thoroughly as he did his work and it was wonderful to finally get my heat back on. It is truly refreshing to deal with an honest person who doesn't try to sell you more than you need. Plus he was super reasonable with his labor costs. I no longer have to search for the perfect plumber - I will definitely be calling Mr. Lavimoniere should the need arise.

Our heating system was blowing cold air and we couldnt figure out was wrong. We went a week with no heat and of course it was during the coldest days of winter. It was hard to get a repair person to even call us back and the one i did get a hold of ripped us off and still hasn't refunded our money. Then we found Lavimoniere Plumbing and I'm so thankful we did. He came the same day we got in touch with him. Very reasonably priced and he was very knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend. You won't regret it. You want someone who's honest and knows what their doing and he's the guy.
