These young men worked very diligently testing all of my thermostats and found the issues of frayed wires. Very professional and knowledgeable about their craft. I now have new thermostats and I feel safe. These guys are a tribute to your company and I enjoyed spending time with them.

Limited options for a customer to decide, and you have to pay them to come and check the issue and then they will decide and give a quote, we have to decide whether to use them or not, whether the pricing is reasonable or not and if we choose they will deduct the consultation fees if not you lose... Sad to see service industries using this gimmick. It may work for others but not for me. Prefer reasonable quotes in advance, and we should have the option to hire to finish the job.

Called Milltown for regular maintenance on our gas boiler. Nathan B did a super thorough inspection, then explained our options in a professional and friendly way. I really appreciated the time he took to go over the results of his inspection with me. We chose to do a meaningful repair that we'd been putting off. Price for the repair was very competitive with a quote we'd gotten a year earlier from a different plumbing/HVAC company. Since we started using them last spring, quality of service from Milltown has always been excellent and this was no exception.

Leo was here quickly and in a very short time after arriving I was so very pleased to hear the furnace working. Further, He stayed for an additional 1/2 hour making sure the furnace was going to continue to work. Leo is very pleasant, well mannered, and has a very professional approach. He had an answer for all my questions, and once again Milltown came through in flying colors!!! Thank you for the quick response to no heat on such a cold day 😎

Technician came out in the middle of a heavy snow to check out our burst hot water heater. Replaced it the next day. Very professional and considerate. Would highly recommend Milltown!
