She change the control panel for my central air. She also look at my HVAC. She is very kind and went out of her way to help me. I feel that I get more help for my service. At anther location in Billerica, she talk to the office to bring down the price. She can do anything that are related to her job. There are not many woman in this field. She does her job incredibly and professionally. Thank you Kat!

01-27-23 They were responsive and listened to and responded to all my needs. They reviewed the work needed and gave me options to choose from. They showed me all of the completed work and made sure I knew how the new faucet operated. Matt was very thorough.

03-09-23 Our hot water heater malfunctioned and for 2 hours, while I was out, the water heater continuously leaked water onto the floor. The basement had 2" of water in it. We called them at 8 AM, and on this day they had someone out to our house in 30 minutes. Jonathan ordered a new HW heater, picked it up and installed it including making 3 modifications now required by the MA Plumbing/Gas code. He arrived back at our house with the water heater at 9:30. The work was done by 12:30. Jonathan performed the work in such a way as to minimized the time our gas and plumbing was off. I am a retired architect and I can say the work was done in a very professional way and there were no surprises.I will definitely use them in the future for all of our plumbing work.

Been using Milltown for years. They check all the boxes. On time, quick, efficient, top quality work, friendly, clean. If I have a problem - plumbing, boiler, electric - I just call them. Done.

Pedro was absolutely wonderful. He was on time, professional, and so friendly to me. He identified the problem, explained it clearly and the next steps. He went out to get my faucet and treated my home as if it were his. Would definitely recommend!

Jordan and Jared did a great job installing a new water tank. They were very efficient and professional. They took the time to explain everything and did a beautiful job!

Matt H. came over and provided the estimate. We scheduled the work for a week later. Got an email with the detailed estimate and Confirmation of the date via a phone call later. Matt was very responsive to all my annoying questions and very helpful clarifying everything. Work was done with high quality. They cleaned everything before they left. I am signed up for the monthly service plan with Milltown ($10/mo), this includes a complimentary yearly inspection of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. For the yearly plumbing inspection I had two plumbers Matt and Nick come out to check on all my fixtures. They did a very comprehensive job inspecting all plumbing in the house and recommended a few things, and explained everything thoroughly. They were able to identify a leak in one of our lesser-used showers that could have caused material damage, and fixed a toilet that had problems flushing reliably. The repairs were done same-day, quickly, and at a reasonable price. Extremely friendly and professional as well! I would recommend Milltown for any of their services.

Milltown has been very responsive to my request for quote and then installation. We are waiting on a part, and Milltown has been keeping me updated on that last piece to my project.
Update- the part came in - and is now installed- so I now have a whole house water shut-off system working with my new water heater. No worries about a flooded basement for me - like my neighbors had last fall. Thanks Milltown!

Matt provided outstanding electrical service. He and his team were efficient quick, knowledgeable, and explained everything. I’d highly recommend.

Discovered a leak in a cast iron pipe over the weekend. I called Mill Town first thing this morning. They had a plumber come out before noon. By 1:30, issue was repaired in a timely manner. Very happy with service and actually comfortable with the cost.
