Total Comfort Mechanical just completed the annual maintenance of our one-year-old Bryant AC system.

They were exceptionally professional, clean, respectful, and skilled. They installed our forced air heat pump quickly. They cleaned up after themselves. They were kind and excel at what they do. I highly recommend them.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. Quality is outstanding!! This is the company you can truly trust. My husband and I are so happy we found TCM. Installed Mitsubishi mini split/heat pump system in our house. The system is working beautiful. Wendell, the owner, Jordan and other crews are all very knowledgeable, punctual and very friendly. We are very satisfied with their attention to details and cleanliness. The company always come when they said they would. They are sincere in their promise. Wendell even had all the rebate forms ready for me to mail in!

Heating system went off on Sunday night called for service left message . Call back in about 10 minutes wouldn’t be able to get to until Monday al techs out on other service . Seeing it’s the coldest weekend of the year understandable agreed to book for Monday. Got a call in morning told someone would be there around 10 spot on. Tech was extremely thorough took his time explained what he needed to do for repair. Excellent service by all the staff . Thanks again .

Very responsive and professional mini-split install. Had some issues initially, but they were always available and fixed everything until it was perfect.

OK, I am a very obsessive customer. I research everything to death and obtain more than the customary 3 estimates for any project. Having said that, I was surprised beyond belief with the estimate, quality of work, professionalism of staff and the final results from this company. A perfect job from beginning to end. No hidden costs, no shortcuts and no delays. Of the 5 estimates I received, Total Comfort beat everyone else in every area as well as creatively hiding the pipe work above the ceiling tiles while all other estimates were to run the line resting on the pipes. Also including poring several inches of concrete to secure the heat pump rather than cover styform with a thin layer of concrete as the base.
Wendell spent hours explaining to me every detail of the project.
The workers arrived the very day they promised (some companies would not commit to a date until they received a deposit), they were clean beyond belief covering the entire floor and stairs with a protective drop cloth.
They were polite, neat, respectful for the property and the residence, and cleaned up the yard and basement better than how they found it. Strangely, the owner, Wendell never cashed the deposit check until he completed the job and will not accept final payment until the work is inspected.
If this is not enough I would be very happy to talk to any hesitant prospective customer. Be careful. There are a lot of companies out there that will do the work, but none come even close to Total Comfort Mechanical.

Shout out to Wendall and his crew. I had a big job, Full Furnace and Central A/C replacement. They are very hard workers and did a masterful install on a complicated job. Great people.

Total Comfort has taken great care of our HVAC System over the years. They came out during the Valentine's Day blizzard of 2016 to replace our tenants' furnace. And they just finished installing a new high efficiency furnace in our home. We used the MASS Saves Heat loan and they helped every step of the way with the loan and rebate paperwork, which is quite cumbersome. They are always reliable, punctual, and friendly. Highly recommend!

The best HVAC service I have ever received. I selected this company because of the great reviews on YELP and I was not disappointed. Paul was the serviceman and he was so thorough and communicative about the whole troubleshooting process. He checked everything. I was always suspicious of the previous repairman visit - in fact the previous company had the wrong filter in my system and I was losing air pressure for the fan. That really angered me because the same guy had me buy a spare filter from him. It's hard to believe that some companies are just no good and rip us off. Total Comfort Mechanical and Paul made my 20 year old compressor and fan kick butt once again. I have complete faith and trust in this company. Do not hesitate to call this excellent company.
