Had a mini split installed in my house by Tom. He was very professional and had the installation done very quickly. He took the time to thoroughly explain the mini split to me and made sure he left my place spotless. The following month, I had an issue with my hot water heater while I was at work, I reached out to Tom that morning and within the hour he was at my house and was able to fix my water heater on the spot without charging me a dime. Couldn’t recommend a better, more responsive, caring and professional company. Will continue to get my work done through them.

WOW! In times where good service is no where to be found this company is simple amazing! When your a/c breaks down during a heat wave and you randomly start coming companies and Northern Comfort certainly has ALL its “ i’s” dotted. From their friendly and professional office team to their quick, prompt service squad , thank you for coming to our rescue and exceeding our expectation.

My furnace had died, I called Northern Comfort they scheduled me for 9:30 appointment. At 9:15 I got a call from Steven, By 9:30 Steven was at my door. He checked it and went to his truck and got the needed part and furnace was repaired by 10:00 AM

Steve was Very professional, very knowledgeable.

Contacted Northern Comfort last week about the lack of heat on my first floor. Pete came out that same day and diagnosed the problem. He left, ordered the part, and came back the very next day with Eric to install a new circulator on my boiler. Pete and Eric were timely, professional, and reasonably priced. I couldn’t recommend them enough & will continue to use Northern for any of my heating/AC needs.

I called Northern Comfort at 8:30 Am and was told someone would call me at 9:00 to schedule an appointment. My furnace had died so I was very anxious. At 8:45 I got a call back. By 9:30 repairman was at my home. He went and got the needed part and furnace was repaired by 10:30.

I could not ask for anything better and still cannot believe how quick and professional they were!

I do not normally write negative comments, however I am so disappointed about the customer service about this company and need to share my experience with others so you do not need to encounter the same issue.

Back in Jun-2020, a technician from Norther Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning Contractors came in to check on our central-air, and confirmed that they worked fine for both the first and second floor. However, I noticed that no cool air came out on the 2nd floor, so I called the company for 2nd service in Jul-2020 which is within the same month, so the technician could fill in the R-22. First service was $230 and 2nd service was $300 (including the full $150 svc). Apparently, the technician who came in to do the 1st service was not able to test the air inside the house due to the pandemic, which I totally understand. However, I got charged for the full service due to the integrity of the service for the 2nd time which I disagreed with and needed to talk to the manager.

I called multiple times since August in 2020, and called multiple times in April and May 2021, and so far have not heard back from someone who is in the position to help me to resolve the dispute. One of my conversations with the staff via my phone conversation was that “if you are not happy with our service, you could find someone else”. I think this is the customer service at this company.

In the end, I might just pay for the full amount without talking to anyone in the company to express my frustration. However, I like to alert other customers so others do not need to go through the unpleasant experience.

Indebted to this company and Steve O! At the recommendation of a friend who had just used them, I called when our a/c wouldn't work during a heat wave and they came the next day. Not only did Steve quickly figure out the problem, he literally, saved our lives. He showed us that the flue pipe was rotting and we needed to address it ASAP because it would leak carbon monoxide when we turned the heat on. We had just had the furnace serviced 6 months prior and that company never said anything about the rot that had been there for some time. I never thought I'd be thankful for the a/c issue but we are really counting our lucky stars that it happened and Steve was so wonderful. Can't recommend them more highly!

Thank you to Mike and Northern Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning of Bridgewater, MA who when called at 5:30 pm Sunday night returned the call in 5 minutes told my 94 year old Aunt Theckla he'd be there in 1hour showed up in 30 minutes & fixed the problem in 20. And he wasn't even on call. The furnace died sometime Saturday night. Aunt Theckla called 7:30 am the gas company who she has a contract with for this type of thing. Their first on call furnace couldn't come until Monday ....maybe cause 1 to 6 inches of snow could stop him. Called gas company again 2nd on call furance guy never called... waited 4 hours. Then Aunt Theckla pulled out her furnace cards & called Northern Comfort. Now that is how you run a business.

Great company tech was Highly knowledgeable.
Fixed Issue fast at a very Reasonable rate.
Would Highly recommend Then if you need service.
