I thought It would be a long process to get my ac fixed like making appointments and couple of visits and visiting fees and all. I am glad that I called John. He came in the same day few hours after I called and fixed the ac and changed a small part that was broken at a very reasonable price. Great guy and great service. Highly recommended.

John was awesome, I called him after hours and he showed up in less than 5 minutes. He was very professional, explained what the issue was, worked in the rain outside. I couldn’t be more happy. I highly recommend John for your HVAC needs.

Less than 5 hours before the “bomb cyclone” blizzard of ‘22 hits and my furnace stopped blowing hot air. I called John and he actually answered the phone. It wasn’t some random answering service who said “I’ll page the on-call technician”. He was at my house 20 min later and fixed my furnace. I have heat!!! I Couldn’t be happier with John’s responsiveness and professionalism. Plenty of other contractors would had tried to up sell me this close to a blizzard. John fixed the part and was on his way.

I had issues with my furnace blowing cold air twice in the past month. The first time, it was towards later in the evening and I was worried that I might end up without heat during the night. John was here within an hour of calling and fixed the issue very quickly. I had the same issue come up again today and he was here within minutes and fixed it right away. He did not charge me the second time saying it is warranty. Both the times, he was very professional, explained everything and made recommendations. He is also very affordable.

I reached out to Conway Heating and Air Conditioning because our AC unit had stopped working overnight. It was 90+ degrees out and he was here to repair it the same day I reached out. Very quick, affordable, and knowledgeable of the system. I really appreciated him showing up in such a quick time frame during a heat wave!

My furnace would not get going this morning, so I was in need of someone desperately. After a quick search, I came across Conway Heating. I am so glad I picked the right guy. Responded to my emergency wake up call in a very reasonable time and he had one of his employees at my house within hours. Best part is, is it was a simple fix. Somebody else could've dragged me through the coals over this problem, but not them. I will definitely be using them in the future, as should you! I cant score them high enough!!

Conway Heating and Air Conditioning installed a mini split in my living space downstairs. John worked with me and provided me with information to help me make my decision for which size unit would be best for my project. After helping me decide which size would work best, everything was ordered and installed quickly and efficiently. I would strongly suggest this company to anyone and everyone!

John saved me $950.00! Another air conditioning serviceman had told me that I needed an expensive repair on my house central air unit. When John's man checked it out, he found that the A/C unit was working fine and needed no repairs; so, I was only charged for an inspection.

In subsequent visits, I have found John to be personable and easy to work with. Most importantly, I can depend upon him to be honest and trustworthy when he diagnoses a problem of which I have no knowledge. He is a skillful technician and his pricing is fair.
