CONWAY HEATING AND AIR

We used Conway Heating and Air for a duct cleaning in late 2021. We were so impressed with their promptness, cleanliness, and professionalism we used them again in 2022 for a multizone ductless installation. John and his crew walked us through the mass save program and gave great detail on what to expect through the process. Much like our experience on the duct cleaning, they were there when they said they would be and left the work area cleaner than they found it. The new install kept our home cool all summer long. Great company at a great value. Would give 100 stars if I could.

AC was not working and I called and left a message asking for help. John called me back, scheduled a time to see me later that day, and showed up as promised. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem, and was honest in giving me a few different options with his recommendation in how to proceed. Great work, honesty and promptness goes a long way. Would highly recommend Conway heating and air if you need help!

I've first met John in 2012, and have only used him for heating and AC needs. He's always been very helpful and the crew is very knowledgeable. This past winter, the heat in my house wasn't working and I had called him to fix it. They were busy the next day and wasn't able to service my house he said. I explained that I had a sick 5 yr old at home and would appreciate it if he could get to my house ASAP. John's guy arrived first thing in the morning and fixed my Heat. I highly recommend this team. Service is exceptional!!

I had another issue with my vents, now in Dec 22. Once again I called John, the owner of Conway and he himself showed up to fix my issue the very next morning. Again, I highly recommend this team, it’s a no brainer for me.

This is the Company you want to come to your house for any Heating and Air Conditioning work you need done. Very responsive, SO accommodating navigating around both my husband and I working from home. They cleaned our air ducts, returns and even put the furniture back as well as cleaned the vent covers. John returned my text on a Sunday and scheduled Monday AM due to a cancellation. Very thorough with their work and very reasonably priced. Couldn't be happier. I would recommend this Company to anybody and will definitely be calling him for my HVAC service.

John provides absolutely fantastic service!

Here is what happened today... I woke up without heat and called a big name company that had installed my system several years ago. They were able to fit me on for an urgent service call, and up-charged for the urgent nature. Before even looking at my furnace, I was advised to consider buying a new system rather than "putting money" into my older furnace. After a quick diagnosis, I was advised that my furnace needed a new blower motor, a repair with an estimated cost of $1700 and was still strongly advised to have an engineer come out to scope a new system for a next-day install.

I reluctantly agreed to do the repair. While the technician left to source the parts, I called John Conway who was quickly able to get a good understanding of my issue via phone. John gave me some reasonable assurances that he knew what the problem likely was and that it could be fixed.

I was confident enough in what I heard from John, that I canceled the repair with the big name company. John arrived within 45 minutes (lucky gap in his schedule), diagnosed and fixed the issue for a fraction of the cost quoted from big name company.

It's worth calling out that:
1) the big company diagnosis was wrong. they were prepared to replace far more parts that necessary.

2) John's is experienced and nailed the problem based on what I described to him over the phone! He came prepared with parts so he could make quick work of what needed to be done.

3) Above all else, John has integrity and came across as a good person, interested in doing honest, high-quality work.

Despite only having met John today, I know he's a really solid person and I fully intend to refer him to anyone in my network that needs his services.

John is a stand up professional! I called in a panic when my central air stopped working during an insane heatwave and, not only did he come out within 20 minutes, he was wicked friendly, speedy with fixing the issue, and the price was reasonable. He even explained exactly what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future - extremely trustworthy! Other HVAC places in the Metrowest area wanted 2 to 3 times what John charged. I’ll definitely call him in the future!

I had called in the morning looking for an appointment and I figured it would be a few weeks out due to the busy season. My upstairs AC unit has been struggling to cool the house so I wanted to have it looked at. I was so surprised when he answered and said he was able to come out the same day! He came and was polite, professional, and honest, telling me it needed refrigerant. He cleaned the outside units and checked the downstairs unit as well giving both the refrigerant that they needed. He was honest and fair showing me how much it weighed before and after he filled the units. He was genuinely a nice person which was so refreshing and appreciated! Will definitely be calling him again with any HVAC issues!

My 18 year old central A/C system developed an irreparable refrigerant leak in the air handler which, since it was an R22 based system, meant I had no option other than to replace the whole system (other than ductwork). I contacted several HVAC companies who were mostly too busy to take on my job or gave ridiculous quotes. I narrowed my choice down to 2 and based on online reviews I opted to go with John Conway.

I definitely made the right choice! John came across as extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and carefully explained the options I had in terms of replacement system. After contacting his supplier he gave me a quote the same day which was very competitive with other quotes I had received. There was a slight delay to work around covid quarantine, but we set up a day to do the job (the day before I went on vacation!). He arrived on time and he and his partner completed the task quickly and very professionally , cleaning up perfectly afterwards.

I am extremely happy with the quality of the work done & would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing HVAC service.

I had mini split installed by Conway Heating and air and was very happy with the work they did John and his whole crew were awesome will use them again for sure
