CONWAY HEATING AND AIR

My furnace was blowing cold and I sent John from Conway Heating a text message and I got an immediate response and he directed me on how to shut it off. John then told me he’d be out first thing in the morning which was a Saturday to look at it. He was there on time and repaired and cleaned it as well as walked me through the issues and charged me a very reasonable price… He is now my to go guy in the future for any issues… Thanks Conway, heating and air-conditioning!!

We had AC problem and John had fixed it very skillfully. He even noticed some risks around our unit and fixed the issues. We highly recommend Conway at Billerica!!

John and his guys installed a ductless heatpump for me. They were quick to get the equipment and even quicker with the installation. Their work was clean/neat/professional and they were great to deal with. John always answers any questions and expects top quality from his guys. Was referred to John at Conway Heating and Air Conditioning as I was having heating system issues where it would not turn on. Though I contacted John on a Sunday morning, he answered right away and was at my home within the hour. He diagnosed the problem with our HVAC system very fast and had the heat working shortly thereafter. John also took the extra time to explain to us what was wrong, how he fixed it, and pointers to heating our bedrooms as the thermostat is in our primary bedroom but we are more concerned with the proper heating of our baby’s bedroom. The price point is very fair and reasonable. Other big name local companies wanted $700+ just to come and see what the problem was. Looking forward to using Conway for all of our HVAC maintenance needs in the future!

Just had my furnace replaced. John and Jay did a awesome job. On time, did the job in less than a day, looks like no one was here, and it works fantastically, better than it ever did before. I would not call anyone else for HVAC work other than Conway Heating and Air Conditioning. Thank you!

I previously had an issue with my AC and had another company come out to assess and fix the problem. Not even 2 weeks later my AC suddenly stopped working AGAIN. I called Conway HVAC and they came out within hours.. in the middle of the summer, during peak season. Not only did they fix the problem but they were great at explaining things and with affordable pricing as well. Excellent customer service who go above & beyond for their customers. Highly recommend.

This is our second time using Conway Heating and Cooling, and we were once again thrilled with our service! John was fast, responsive, and is always happy to walk me through what he is doing and what actions I can perform at home to best upkeep our system.

I called Conway around 10am and 2 rings in a real person picks up my call. This turned out to be John Conway. He was very polite and professional during our phone conversation and said he would try to get someone out today to look into my issue.

I wasn't expecting to go outside 30 minutes later and see him already in my driveway - ready to get right to work. He quickly identified my problem and remedied it. He also inspected the HVAC unit for any other signs of issue. He spoke with me very calmly and professionally and even shared a couple laughs. The price for the repair was reasonable and he extended his services for any future problems that arise.

Had an emergency arise on a cold December Saturday morning when I woke up with no heat working. I reached out to about 12 different companies leaving voicemails to see if someone had a technician available to come that day to fix it. No luck with responses so I posted on a town Facebook group for recommendations and someone recommended John Conway and he replied as well asking me to give him a call. I did, and he was at my house within a 1/2 hour! I’ve been nice and toasty since :) Can not be more appreciative for the fast service to get things fixed.
