I had a gas line installed for my fireplace. John and his assistant completed the job, installing the power kit and the logs themselves and cleaned up everything. Well done by 2 professional and very nice guys.

Our AC unit stopped working and Notturno was able to get someone to our home the same day we called. The administrative assistants that I spoke with were prompt and professional. Sean arrived on time. He was respectful of our property. He was able to diagnose the problem and talk me through our options. He was able to get the unit working again within an hour. He was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Very happy with our experience. Highly recommend!

Was running early and I was given the option for an earlier slot which I took. Work is neat (it's on the exterior of the house, not buried in a wall) and high quality.

In the extreme cold we were having trouble with one of our showers. It was great the Notturno plumbing has on call plumbers on the weekend. Rob came out and checked everything out for us, making sure none of the pipes had burst.

We got an estimate from Chris hello and he was really knowledgeable about the units and the cost and what we would need to do to cool our house. We haven’t made a decision whether we are going to get AC or not.

Unfortunately my issue could not be resolved based on the type of tank I have but Rob was very knowledgeable and did the research necessary to explain everything to us in detail. I was very pleased and would contact them again.

Called for an emergency on a Saturday morning. Notturno was the only local company that answered the phone. Rob arrived shortly thereafter, and fixed the problem completely. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable.

We had a pipe leak in the middle of the night and Notturno sent out their techs the next morning, bright and early. Ethan and Rich came out on time, as they predicted, and delivered excellent, high-quality service, and were super friendly throughout the entire process. The included home inspection was thorough and much-appreciated. We'll be taking them up on their suggestions. Again, can't stress enough how friendly and customer service-oriented these folks are. Everyone I dealt with was truly a pleasure and made me feel great about a not-so-great experience, such as a pipe leak. Thanks a million!

So happy to get an emergency visit on a Saturday. Got a call back within a short time from Jill who listened to my situation and let me know the timeframe and costs for a Saturday visit. Jill kept me updated on the time to expect our technician, Rob. Also got a text letting me know when he was in his way. Rob was very good at explaining the options and pricing and did a great job replacing our disposal and clearing the clog in our kitchen sink. Highly recommend!
