Notturno Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

Notturno replaced my water heater today. The entire experience was fantastic. The dispatcher Jill was very professional and personable. She even called me back to confirm when the tech was dispatched to my house. The tech, Scott, was also excellent. He arrived early in the 2 hour appointment window and was very patient with my numerous questions. He priced out multiple options for me and explained each one in detail. The work was done quickly and my basement was left in perfect condition. Kudos to Notturno for taking pride in their work and their people from top to bottom!

Came earlier in the time window promised, very professional, laid out all the options we had and prices. No pressure, but we picked what we wanted and in less than 3 hours they had completed the work, looks great, and it’s given us a lot of confidence in our water heater now.

In particular we want to shout out the excellent service provided by Rob on our project. Rob was professional, knowledgeable, and skilled at his craft. He trouble shot every situation and explained things along the way. He was patient and thorough and went above and beyond while he was in our home! We can’t wait to work with Notturno again in the very near future! 10/10 Highly Recommend!

WOW!! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Notturno. From the initial phone call to the completion of the work. Every person I have spoken to, interacted with, emailed has been extremely friendly, professional and great to work with. The techs took the time to answer questions, show me how to use the new thermostat, show me how to change the filter... again, I just can't say enough good things about this company. I will highly recommend to my neighbors. Thank you!!

This company is a scam at least when it comes to HVAC. We had an emergency and while they came promptly the next day it was merely a filter change that they tried to tell us our sensors were broken and charge us 2400$ for a 160$ maintenance job TOPS. I am just lucky they didn’t break anything. do not call them.
