We would like to Thank Zach and Josh for the great , proficient job they did today to quickly fix a leaking valve during a bathroom remodel . They took the time to explain what they needed to do , gave us a quote and quickly solved the issue. They even went through the house inspecting the other valve shutoffs and recommended which ones will also need attention. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our water lines stopped working around 6PM on Friday and with a family of 4, we needed it fixed!! Was worried no one would be able to show up on short notice, but that wasn’t the case. They showed up at 9AM the next morning and even upgraded all finishes. Would recommend their services to anyone!!!! Thank you

They were very polite, explained everything I needed to know in a way I could understand. I also like that they always send a message when they are on their way so you are not caught by surprise.

The office person was kind and supportive about my scary leak in the basement. They were able to send out a plumber and his helper within a few hours of my call. The guys who came out, even *earlier* than first promised, were courteous and got right to figuring out the problem and fixing it. I couldn’t ask for better service. Pricey, but worth it.

Scott and Josh showed up on time, listened carefully as the problem was described to them, then took a look. They gave us an estimate for the work, and when we agreed, started immediately. They kindly tolerated my husband watching, and answered all questions without hesitation. They checked all their fittings and ascertained that the pipe was running clear.
The area was left clean and neat, and the job was very well done. Both men were very pleasant.
This was my second time using Notturno, and I would most definitely call them again! Highly recommend.

They replaced water heater with similar unit of equal quality. You can find cheaper prices but for something like this I am willing to go a little higher for less hassle and higher quality. I have used this company several times and each time they were responsive and high quality work.

Always happy with the service that we receive from Notturno. We had an issue with our sump pump and they came the same day to replace it. Saved my wife and I a lot of stress!
