We will definitely use this company again. Right from the beginning we had a great experience. They returned my phone call very quickly and helped me schedule a repair for a leaking expansion tank. John and David were able to arrive even earlier than we expected due to a cancellation. They explained everything clearly and finished within an hour. They were both so friendly, helpful, and professional. It was nice to find a company that is trustworthy! Highly recommend!

Our family had a complicated and expensive HVAC issue that took many months (and many trips to the house) to resolve. The techs were always personable and professional, and always arrived when they were supposed to.

Management had to get involved for a significant issue that came up, and the team stepped up in a big way. Notturno absorbed the cost of a mistake that had been made, and they did it without a lot of hassle. I was surprised and impressed!

You never know what you're going to get when you reach out to an unknown service provider in your area, but I would certainly recommend Notturno to new customers.

Had a great experience with Notturno! We had our water tank die, and needed something new quickly. The front office was very helpful and responsive - the tank died on a weekend, but they were still able to answer and get someone out that same day. We discussed our options with the tech, Scott, including the option to upgrade to a Tankless system which is something we had been considering anyway. Scott was very knowledgeable and informative about the pros/cons of the various options, and we ended up deciding to upgrade to Tankless. Notturno was able to give us priority scheduling even though they were mostly booked for a few weeks, and within a day or two Scott came back and set up the entire system in a single day! By the end of the day we had hot water again and so far (about a month later) the system is doing its job - unlimited hot water, which is something our old tank definitely wasn't doing! Very happy with everything from Notturno

Being a Saturday afternoon I didn't expect to find a plumber but I heard good things about this company and they had 24 hr. service listed . I gave them a call and they responded. They sent Sean Kelly and he did a great job . Very professional , very polite and informative on what he was doing and broke down what the cost would be . Definitely use them again just on them responding alone , with out them we wouldn't have water until Monday . Great job

Replacement top tank on a wall mounted toilet. Called on a Saturday and they were able to come on Monday (and a holiday at that!). Rob was our Plumbing Technician and an absolute professional. He worked tirelessly to try and find a replacement tank for our older toilet model that had been discontinued. Once he had gotten in contact with the manufacturer and several warehouses, he determined he could not find a replacement tank and replacing the whole toilet would be the way to go.

The quote was $1,923, including their service fee, which I thought was a bit high, but I understood wall mounted toilets are a little pricier than floor mounted, and it was going to be done correctly by a plumbing professional and insured company. So, at this point let’s go ahead and replace this bad boy.

Toilet should come in by Tuesday and install will be Wednesday morning. Get a call Wednesday morning that they’d like to know if they can come earlier, absolutely, I need a new toilet asap! A different plumbing technician comes, (Scott?) and an apprentice (Dylan). They are also both very professional and nice (my dogs even liked them). They get the new toilet installed and it still works like a charm.

Had a mini split AC/Heat unit installed what a super job they did. Technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and explained the correct operations. No more lugging AC’s to the windows.

Notturno is a top notch plumbing company. They arrive on time or early and all of their technicians do a great job. They communicate all of the issues and options, and get things fixed right away.

Notturno Plumbing never disappoints. Can very quickly to access leak, had replacement part in an hour, installed in a few hours. The price is good, professional plumbers, left the area clean than when they found it. Educated us on options to deal with our hard well water and it’s effects on out water heater.
As a homeowner it is always a frustrating to have a big repair but it is so much easier when you have a company like Notturno Plumbing. Knowledgeable, Efficient, Trustworthy.

John and Jensen were amazing. They took the time to explain everything, were professional, patient and are very experienced, talented plumbers. Aside from the fact that they are just lovely people: nice, friendly, polite and kind. John brought up the trash bins on the way to my house and Jensen cleaned up the shower stall when done!
