John was excellent, very professional and patient in assessing and resolving the issue. I’d definitely recommend him.

Not sure where it went wrong, but I had high hope about this business after it was recommended to me by my friend with some very good words.

I called them to check out my AC unit that was blowing hot air, agreed upon the diagnosis fee of $160, the technician came over and took way too long to figure out and told me what's wrong with it. He also said his device is broken and can't get the payment, so I need to call the office to pay. Called the office, gave them my CC number and then noticed afterwards that the charge for the diagnosis was $299, which the technician or the lady at the office never mention or explained. Also received an email saying "Upgrading service fee from $160 to $299 due to length of call"!

Spoke to the office manager and she did not want to admit their fault, said she will review the phone call and get back. No call received, called back again and they agreed to deduct the extra charge only if I let them fix the AC unit. Considering the experience, I decided to settle on losing $299 than losing lot more with them!

Newsflash, called another heating company, it took their technician about 42 minutes to figure out what's wrong with a clear explanation for $159 diagnosis fee, and decided to go with them!

Rob did a good job. Very polite, found the loose coupling, tightened it up all looks good. Thanks!

Sean was super friendly and professional. He explained the issues to me in a way I could understand. He even showed me the bad part. He understands I could get parts at a cheaper price elsewhere and asked if I wanted to do that. I politely declined and had him fix everything.

He mentioned a maintenance plan to me and was not pushy about it. He explained the benefits and the annual costs.

Super quick and prompt service, both guys who came out to our house were super helpful. The hook from the waterline to the fridge went by so quick! Thank you again! Chris also came out to do HVAC work and was absolutely amazing! Thank you again!

Scott and team showed up on time and prepared. I had scheduled a few minor water shutoff replacements and to hook up a new bathroom vanity. Once we reviewed the task it was determined that a water line would need to be relocated and some specific cuts would need to be made to the wall and rear of the vanity in order to fit.

This was significantly more work than they had us scheduled for or planned on. But they were able to efficiently work through the added complexity of the install and still complete everything same day. I would highly recommend Notturno Plumbing and more specially Scott, as this was his second service to my home and both were very positive experiences. Recommend highly.

Rob came to our house and fixed a bunch of plumbing problems! He was on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Best thing… he left no mess. Would recommend Notturno for all your plumbing needs and would definitely ask for Rob again.

Excellent and professional service by Andrew. I had a problem with the condense pump attached to my furnace. He did an excellent job installing and explaining how it worked. I would definitely use the company again when I have
an another issue. Booking an appointment was very easy. Very happy!!
