Quail services sent me a followup text with regard to their Install a year ago of our mini split AC Heat pump system to find out if all was well. I told them all was well and at that time I decided I wanted to to have a PM done for my system as the manufacturer recommends. They offered their 2X a year plan at a very reasonable price . They gave me an appointment 4 days later. The tech was professional, timely and courteous. I asked him to show me what he was doing and without hesitation did so.
All aspects of doing business with Quail have been top notch!

The install went very smoothly and they finished in the time frame we were quoted. They also did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. We are very pleased with their service!

Quail was great from the moment I called for an appointment to get our heat fixed. Both the woman on the phone and the technician were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The technician put shoe covers on the moment he stepped in the door and when he was finished fixing the problem he explained everything he did and what the problem was in detail. The price was reasonable. It's rare to find service like this these days!

Recently preformed ductless installation at my residence. The sales consultant was very knowledgeable and clear with how the installation would look as well as go. The installer was responsive and informed me on progress each day. They also were on time with their completion dates and left the place very clean.

Techs were knowledgeable and contacted Kohler services about ordering a part to hopefully fix the problem. Also determined a way to make the faucet work manually until the part is received from Kohler. Excellent job by two very nice technicians.

Keith did an excellent job for us today. He was prompt, professional and got the job done. Highly recommend.
