I am very disappointed, I called today (3/3/17) because I really need the services for my water heater. the tech who called me did not show any interest in helping. I was giving all the excuses in the world for him not to coming today. The reason why i called is because in the webside says 24 hours services. He even told me that it will cost me alot money if he comes in today, to wait for Monday. 4 days without hot water 🙄I had used ur services in the past but as of now, will be my last. Please do don't say u arr open 24 if u tech don't want to work in the weekend

UPDATE 01/09/17 - The furnace did exactly the same thing one month to the day - we called another company and sure enough the parts they replaced for the $700 were not at fault, also a part they claimed they changed less than one year ago was the culprit. Well if you would like to get robbed in broad daylight - by all means call these thieves. The heat wouldn't come on and we were in a tight spot, so we called them (they did a service call for us last year - same issue - small part replaced - $284.00 had to return two days later when the same problem occurred, thought the price was high then but boy were we wrong), thought it was the same issue so we called them again. They showed up in a reasonable amount of time and quickly told us another part needed to be replaced - to the tune of $700.00. What they didn't check was the $15.00 part that came before it and after replacing the $700.00 part found out the $15.00 part didn't work. We are having the $700 part tested to see if it was the problem and will keep you posted. In the meantime we got the part number and googled it - lo and behold their cost on that part is approximately $175.00 - nothing like 300% mark up, and the other small part - $14.95 according to google - guess what only $65 for that part - and just 400% mark up on that - such a deal. I'm not sure how people can sleep at night when they do this to hard working people. Do yourselves a favor folks - at all cost - find another company.

I wrote a pretty bad review earlier today accompanied by 1 star. I have since deleted it. The issue has since been resolved by the company at no additional cost to me. I would like to give this company the benefit of the doubt regarding the situation. The technicians were professional and courteous.

I previously left a bad review, but after speaking with a service manager my issues were addressed. After some miscommunication and bad circumstances led to a bad experience everything was worked out. I plan on having them service my AC this summer!

I called for a service call for my Mitsubishi Split A/C. Colin showed up within 2 hours and fixed it. That's Great Service!

They were able to schedule a boiler service quickly even mid winter. Technician was friendly and professional and price was reasonable.

I have had McDonald HVAC conduct services at two houses on three systems. Simply the best in every respect at what they do.

Mike was awesome. Answered all questions. I will always request him for my service. Would definitely recommend McDonald.

McDonald is pretty good. Responsive and friendly service. They took a few tries to diagnose an issue I had but in the end made it right.
