I had some failing electric baseboards that I didn't want to invest in so I called for some minisplits. I reached out to LaCroix on a Tuesday. They came out 2 days later to provide a quote, and got the install done the next day.

At every point through the process I was communicated with, and all of the appointments were kept on time.

The installation was neat and clean. Other than seeing the new units, you can't even tell they were here.

Wes did a great job installing cooling system in our house. Him and his team are very professional, reliable and provide great quality of service. I definitely recommend using his services. Wes always responds when you have any questions during and after installation, explains everything clearly and professionally. Also, his prices are very reasonable as compared to other heating & cooling companies. Great team!

We installed a 4 head mini split unit inside of our split level home and it has been amazing. The work by Wes and his team was great, they communicated the whole time, respected my home and their price was very reasonable. Since we put in the units we have had three friends consider the system because of how nice they work. We waited three months to write this review because we did not want to rush to judgement - we are more impressed with the units every day!

This past spring (2021) it was time to retire a 25 year old central air conditioning system at my home. Being a longtime real estate broker I have developed many contractor contacts that would be capable of replacing the conventional two zone air conditioning system. Being a conscientious homeowner, I wanted to maximize the energy efficiency and be ready to add solar panels sometime in the future.
After some research, I discovered that Fujitsu made a “super high efficiency” heat pump system that both would hot and cool the house. This system is new to the market and none of my existing contractor HVAC contacts had the knowledge or expertise to install this new technology.
After combing the internet and making a number of phone calls I chose Lacroix Heating & Cooling to install the two zone Fujitsu heat pump system which would be integrated into my existing ductwork. I can say with all honesty we couldn’t be more pleased with the new system and work performed by Wes Lacroix and his crew! The install was challenging given it that it had just been introduced to the market, but the Lacroix team through ingenuity and persistence installed and fine-tuned this state of the art heat pump. I contacted Wes to help with a cooling issue with two mini-split units that were installed by another Fujitsu dealer and I was far more satisfied with the service he and his crew provided. For starters, Wes immediately answered my call and an was punctual while following up to schedule an appointment. He was early (not late) and very professional. He took time to explain the issue and resolution and even provided some preventative maintenance. I will certainly be using Wes for all my heating & cooling needs.

We had Wes from Lacroix Heating & Cooling remove and replace an entire furnace and A/C system. Straight up honest answers. Very knowledgeable. Just a great experience from start to finish with Wes. And he came in lower than some other bidders.

You can tell that you are dealing with the owner of a company. And it is a company that he cares about. The positive attitude is just the beginning.

Follow through is what counts, and he gets that too.

It is rare these days to find a contractor that delivers a "Home Run" - well, we got our Home Run!!!

LaCroix Heating and Cooling gave me a price that was far below competitors for the exact same equipment. They chose the more difficult (but less visible) installation location at no additional cost. VERY highly recommended.

I had thr guys at Lacroix heating and cooling install a Fujitsu mini split. They were very reasonable and dis a great job, I highly recommend them.
