Touch Air Conditioner Repair - Amherst

Beware of their "holiday hours" which are apparently only posted on their front door. Also, being rudely told by the staff when I asked about their hours online "The hours have been posted on the door for weeks!"

Does any first time visitor or traveler no good.

Food is phenomenal, the staff is professional and super friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Will most definitely visit and eat here again.

The food is amazing!! The wait to get seated and then get the food... always not amazing. Seriously, be prepared to wait, but it's totally worth it!

This place just makes me sad... so much potential but won’t make the changes necessary to be acceptable. I recommend this place to everyone but it has to stop. Worst service ever!! You can’t even imagine how frustrating it is. They need a better pos system and they have to learn how to prioritize customers in a logical manner.

Waitress was great had to sit in the sun for a hour food was ok nothing to bring me back
For a another breakfast potatoes could be good they are to thin and not crispy hash
Terrible eggs were good they were poached
Also had omelette must have forgot cheese because was not melted stuck in last min
I guess not impressed will not be back
Needs some decor also blinds or shades
Would be good.

Was an awesome experience. Food is excellent and so is the service. Going back on Sunday for mothers day!!! Coffee is delicious!!

The wait is terrible. I don't know if it was because I went on a Sunday? Customer service is good otherwise; because they did apologized for the delay but an hour wait for sandwiches is terrible!!!

Slow service, waited 15 mins to place our order then waited 30 mins for the food to come out. Most of the food was warm some of it was cold.

Pretty decor, straight to the point dishes. It didn't blow me away, but it was decent. great for quick brunch.

Amazing food! The pork belly is a must try. A great friendly environment with wonderful service.
