There is simply nobody better at what they do than Alex. We had only been living in Western Massachusetts a few weeks when everything started backing up with our kitchen sink and our washing machine on the other side of the house! We called on a Saturday morning and Alex was at our house that afternoon and worked that day and the next until he fixed the problems! His expertise and work ethic are beyond reproach, he is dedicated and committed to his clients and his places their needs first. We have since used him for two other unrelated issues at our house and he's scheduled for a big project later this winter. My wife and I have never worked with anybody better in any capacity. Alex is truly a national treasure!

Alex is an absolute life saver. He came through last minute when we had a plumbing emergency during freezing temperatures. He was kind, prompt, and assessed the issue so swiftly. Highly, highly recommend Amherst Plumbing!!!

I did not think I could find such a kind responsive plumber. He did an amazing job putting in my dishwasher in, so many things needed to be done that I had not expected were necessary. He did it all at an amazing price with great service and a great installation job.

Alex is the best plumber we have ever encountered! We had a pipe burst in the basement the night before thanksgiving and he came out within two hours and had the problem fixed within minutes. He charged a very fair price (for comparison another plumbing service gave us a quote for almost four times the price) We will be recommending Alex to all our friends and neighbors, and certainly will use his services in the future!

These guys are fantastic. Picked up and offered to help despite having a big load of work lined up. We had an emergency and it’s almost impossible to find someone to answer never mind find time in their schedule. They understood and helped out. Thank you so much guys.

Very good customer service. They came out a little late, ostensibly to fix my sump sump, but found no problem and didn't charge me for the call. Plumber was extremely friendly.

Since finding Alex, I've used him twice and have been thrilled on both occasions. First, he solved a complicated leak that I was convinced was going to be a nightmare, but he took no time to sort it out. Second, he came on short notice to fix a malfunctioning heater. Alex was wonderful! We had a leaking pipe in the kitchen, and even though he was fully booked for the day, he offered to come out after dinnertime and fix it. Not only did he fix everything underneath the leak, but he replaced all the pipes with metal ones and gave us some spray foam to seal up some of the holes.
