Matthew and team was superb from quote to final walk through! Gave us easy to understand options and thoroughly answered all of our questions on the quote. We were scheduled promptly and they arrived on time each day to install our new mini-split heat pump and AC. The crew was friendly, cleaned up each day, and keept us updated each day before leaving. We highly recommend NextGen Aire!

NextGen Aire has done stellar work both installation of new units as well as servicing existing HVAC units. The staff is professional and a pleasure to work with. We had a HVAC unit installed incorrectly by another contractor. No other HVAC companies (10+) wanted to take on the responsibility to remedy the situation. Matt, the owner, proposed a plan and ensure we were happy with the installation. He was true to his word. I cannot recommend them enough.

What an amazing experience. Not know much about the in's and out of HVAC, I had many questions and concerns about why I should get this over that. The whole Team at NextGen Aire made it great! With answering every question and giving a few options to come up with the best solution for my family and I.

Matthew and team did a system redesign from Heat to AC to duct work and zoning. I am saving money in every season. The system/project has been a total success from design, to install, to follow up. It has now been a year since the install, and the system has had only one small issue; fixed the same day. I would not let anyone else touch my environmental system!

Matthew has been to my house on several occasions for both maintenance and emergency service. In 15 years of owning my home, I have not come across someone as professional and hard working in any of the trades. Matthew takes a lot of pride in his work and his customer service is excellent. Earlier this season (and of course on one of the hottest days), the central air stopped working. The owner, Matt, returned our after-hours call quickly and came over to diagnose/solve the problem. It turned out to be something minor, but he got us back up and running and also educated us about what happened and why.
