NextGen Aire

From the February 2023 artic weather, our ancient boiler and piping didn't survive intact. NextGen Aire surpassed my expectations with their responsiveness and professionalism. Matt Bonagura, Erin, Lauren, Zach, Kyle and all the crew members turned around our tragic event. Matt Bonagura particularly made our initial evaluation and quote educational. His responsiveness to our needs helped build the trust for us to choose NextGen Aire over other contractors. We are confident we can depend on them in the future as well.

We were stressed because our oil burner died in early December. We called many companies and received three estimates. NextGen Aire sent Matt right away. He was pleasant, professional, very knowledgeable, provided us good advice and was able to give us an installation date that was only 5 days ahead! He educated us about propane heating systems, on demand water heating systems and provided a written detailed estimate, complete with pictures before he left. The project was complicated. Matt's estimate was very competitive and made our decision-making very simple. The installation was completed in a timely manner, technicians were on time, very professional and friendly. There was some tweaking needed post installation. The company technicians were immediately available and very responsive. We consider ourselves to be very fortunate to have found NextGen Aire. We are happy to be working with them in the future.

The sales consultant took the time to understand our needs and both short and longer-term plans. We had a lot of constraints in our old house and NGA dealt with them all. Everyone was professional, thoughtful, and tidy. The workmanship is outstanding. We are delighted with how the project went.

I had Angel Pla show up on time made me feel comfortable about the repair I needed!! I informed the company that I always want him as my technician because he does great work and is very professional and nice guy!! That's important today!!! Thanks for making me feel comfortable!!!!

All members of the NextGen-Aire staff were wonderful! Sean was polite, pleasant, hard-working and helpful as were Austin and Kyle. Kyle answered all my questions and made me very comfortable with emailing him if I should come up with any additional questions.

This company is incredible from start to finish. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They excel in customer service, quality of product and in knowledgeable and professional staff from Erin in the office who I had to have reschedule my mini split installation twice for me, Jeff who patiently answered all our questions and helped us select the right product, the installation crew who were so efficient and comfortable to be around. The office will reach out with texts to confirm appointments and to introduce the workers who would be coming to the house. They text worker arrival times.
When there was a small error on my final bill, it was taken care of within hours. I can say my whole experience with them was flawless and I would also add they their estimate for my Mitsubishi mini split, installation and 3 year maintenance agreement was several thousands less than a competitors. Great job!

It's so rare to find such a professional company filled with such nice people. From Jeff in Sales, to Sean and Nathan who happened to be the neatest installers I've ever had in my home, to the office staff of Sam, Lauren and Erin. I have a 1740 home which they treated with respect and care. Next Gen Aire has my highest recommendation. My Mitsubishi mini-splits provide heat and A/C, and are so surprisingly quite. Great job, great people.

Sales rep. promised installation in July and didn't deliver until almost Labor Day after the worst heat wave ever had passed. Called the owner about this and he never got back to me.

Sensitive GEO thermal system repair! From the first phone call this company rocks! Appointment scheduled in timely manner, follow up reminder, then a text confirming tech on the way with a picture and intro to verify who was showing up at door. A concise overview of whole system to determine what was happening. Co ordination with the GEO guru of company, Matt. Matt in turn came to help determine status and quickly assessed and made repair and replacement of part to complete job. Explained what was happening, without frustration as to my many questions, and all systems up and running perfectly. I highly recommend and thank NextGen Air for this positive experience. Truly a pleasure and thank you!

NextGen and Cody are a 5+star company to work with from beginning to end with our furnace repair. Cody is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and outstanding communication. All this took place over the holidays.
