I wouldn’t go anywhere else! From customer service to delivery they go above and beyond for their customers. Ran out of oil the day before a nor’easter and Bill came out same day to get my furnace going. Gave me excellent advice to make sure I don’t run out again. Seriously can’t say enough amazing things about the people that work there!

Realized we were out of oil at 1pm on a Saturday when were going to have freezing cold weather the next day. The answering service got in touch with them and they were able to call someone in to get my oil delivered that afternoon! Great service! Very appreciative of them going out of their way to keep us warm! Thank you!

I have been a customer for abouut 30 years and have no complaints. T.hey are on time every time and the prices are as good if not better than anyone else in the area.
The only concern I have is that they do not have a yearly repair contract which would make me feel a lot more comfortable.

Switched parents to Ken Duval Oil and needed a delivery asap.Thinking it would take at least a day I was shocked they delivered within hours.Very helpful and personable staff.Highly recommend!!!

THIS COMPANY DISPATCHED A CREW TO SERVICE MY HOME. AFTER I SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THERE OTHER COMPANY. THEY WERE UNPREPARED AND RUDE. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS LAUGHABLE. IT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH TO GET THEM TO PULL PERMITS TOO. DO NOT USE.
