Called the 800 number, waited 20 minutes, representative said they can't help me, I asked who to contact, they gave me the same 800 number, I asked isn't that the number I called? they said yes, but I can't help you, call back and maybe someone else can, have not seen this level of customer service since late 1990's Comcast

Horrible experience will be leaving, if you don’t renew you service agreements even if it’s less than a year from your last one they will not honor your service. They are not a company for the customer they are only about themselves, and if you run through hard times and late on payments they are not helpful I would not recommend them to anyone.

If I could give this review a negative I would. Unorganized and borderline fraudulent business. Unprofessional and would never ever recommend to anyone. Told me neighbors whom uses them as we’ll to cancel and go with someone else to save the hassle.

Great company, They always answer the phones and the Tech who came to my house last nights stayed until done. He left around 9 PM

The service tech was professional and courteous, as well as knowledgeable. He arrived on time, and completed the maintenance on furnace in a timely manner.

Two parts were replace on a recent service call, after checking prices online both parts can be bought for under $100.00. I was charged $668.00 for the two parts plus a service fee.

If a business have to ride the backs of it's customers by ripping them off, 100% of the time that business will go under.

Technician Antwan did a great job, and had my furnace up and running in no time, he was very thorough and explained exactly what the issue was and resolved it.

I have been a Petro customer for almost 30 years. Their response times and customer service are first rate!
