STOP!! Before using this so called company think twice. The "perfect" reviews must have been put there by employees or family members smdh!
One of the worst companies, I've ever dealt with in ANY situation.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Don't waste your time with them!

I have been calling Petro trying to get my Annual Clean that I paid $400.00 for and can't get an appointment until Nov. Called several times, let on hold, left my information for someone to call me back. Never received a call back from Petro now I can't receive an appointment for a cleaning until November 2020. Poor response time and poor customer service is now blamed on COVID-19. M.B. Johnson

The technician was professional and polite and new what he was doing.
He took care of my problem .
The technician ( Chuck) and later (Chuck & Bill) did a great job correcting
my problems and representing Petro.

Christmas Eve and we return home from church and related festivities to find our oil furnace blowing cold air. 62 degrees in the house and falling. Was not sure that a call for service would result in any action - after all it was Christmas Eve and approximately 2100 hrs. An efficient, courteous and on the job PETRO service operator answered my call - and at 0130 hrs Christmas Morning, a PETRO technician was at my door. Bottom line - Oil furnace repaired and blowing heat by 0200 hrs. THANK YOU PETRO! JOB WELL DONE!

Simply Scam Artist. Never trust them. They will recommend number of services that are not required.. plus over billing. Will do business some where else.

Added: I did not talk or agreed with anything. I am not sure why they added this miss information. Trust me... they are bunch of crooks

Annual oil furnace maintenance and checkup. Technician was thorough, competent, courteous, and professional.

GHETTO STAFF WHO ANSWERED PHONE AND RUDE - CALL SOME OTHER COMPANY THEY DONT WANT MONEY. THEY DONT BEED ANYMORE MONEY. CALL SOMEONE ELSE!

My equipment was installed in 2012 and I have had to replace a zone valve twice. Why is that??

Herb was great. He diagnosed the issue right away and helps he has been to my property before. Appreciate the great service Petro continues to provide!!
