Tried for 5 days to get oil delivery in Fairfax, even with managers involved. Had to skip hot showers. Completely unacceptable. Was told trucks broke down, scheduling problem, don't know what happened, etc. Would not allow me to speak to management.

Called them on a Sunday morning because my A/C stopped working. It was 95 degrees. Petro dispatch their technician immediately who showed up at my door at 12:00 noon. A/C fixed. Very efficient, knowledgeable technician and courteous service.

Prompt, courteous and always professional service when Petro Technician, Herb is assigned. Unfortunately, I’ve had to call Petro for service several times for different issues but fortunately, most of the time they send Herb! He troubleshoots, identifies the problem & executes the repair. Can’t ask for better service with him as the technician.

So I didn’t want to put @united.oil.services on blast but I waited for them to try and do right by my folks but they haven’t and are just money hungry.... my folks have been loyal customers of Petro for 29 years and the last time they came to fill the tank we came outside and our tank was leaning like this ... Petro oil company was the last people to touch this tank. When we called about the situation they said they wouldn’t come out til the next day. We express with them just filling up the tank if the tank falls over there will be oil everywhere and we expressed that the tank was absolutely fine until their people can out to fill it. We also said if the tank was already leaning like this before they filled it why would you fill the tank with it leaning it doesn’t make sense. So they charged us to come out and and take oil out of the tank and have tried to deny all wrong doing and won’t even work with you .... everyone we have talked to have been so nasty and money hungry .... they were the last people to touch it and won’t even be considerate enough to say hey let us help you or work with you .... this has been going on now for a month ........ I have never met a company who treats customers in such a manner ... they have yelled at us they have had bad nasty attitudes . Friends if you have a choice to choose a company for you oil I wouldn’t use them this experience has been horrible ..... terrible terrible customer service ... they won’t even give you the corporate phone number when you ask for it .... they keep saying they don’t know or have ... so this is my review of the company horrible customer service, will knock over your tank and not fix it with out costing you a arm,leg and a butt cheek all while talking to you nastily.

Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the summer. We were having a meeting at 7 pm and the room was 97 degrees! Petro came within a few hours of my call, fixed the problem and the room was cool before anyone arrived! Thank you!

We have been loyal customer with the company for over 10 years. This winter we have run out of oil three times because of our balance (we pay monthly throughout the year and they have honored the arrangement in the past). Something has changed with this company and I cannot tell exactly what. But we obviously been very disappointed this winter. I am considering dropping them after this winter.
