Remarkable!!!!!!! Best Service ever! From the initial call this morning, the friendly online scheduling and the communication. I was unable to get a same day appointment but mid afternoon Anthony called with surprising news. There was a cancellation and he remembered me. He dispatched a technician and kept me informed while the technician was in route. The technicians were in full uniform and ready to assist with my air conditioning unit. Needless to say, they got the job done in no time. They explained everything that was done. I am totally satisfied with this company’s service from beginning to the end. I was referred to AMD Mechanical by a former coworker. My servicer was Anthony. He was very professional and took his time. I had two other technicians from other companies come to service my “intermittent compressor” years prior but they weren’t thorough and didn’t spend enough time to troubleshoot to find out what the issue was. Anthony took his time and came to the conclusion as to what was wrong with my compressor and ordered the part to get me running again. The price was reasonable and I received a discount! I didn’t feel cheated or taken advantage of. Also, who doesn’t love an unexpected discount?! I know I do! I would highly recommend this company and share with my friends and associates.

I had been looking for HVAC contractors for a while and came across AMD. Of all of the places that I contacted, Anthony from AMD was the best! He was the only person who did a real consultation (the other guys just guessed from what I described). And, on his first visit, Anthony was able to identify my HVAC issues and mitigate them. My upstairs was a blazing, unbearable 92° and after fixing my issue, it is now cool and comfortable. I have recommended AMD to my neighbors and highly recommended this company to anyone. Was referred to ADM by a friend around the corner from me. My A/C died 21 years to day we moved in so it didn't owe us anything. We contacted ADM was able to get quotes for two different options quickly. John Lyles and another tech (name slips my mind, my bad) came out and assessed my situation quickly. They were very professional and courteous.

John recommended a new unit, furnace and coil. Spoke with Anthony, the owner he confirmed John's recommendation and went over my options and the quotes. Anthony was straightforward, honest and thorough on what to expect and what his company could and would do.

Anthony's quote was a better quote than the "big box" HVAC's quotes that was their good option being a few dollars cheaper and lesser quality than ADM's third best option (better unit and higher SEER rating). I also received a discount as well.

My new unit, furnace and coil arrived and John and his assistant wasted no time removing the unit, furnace and coil. They quickly installed the new unit outside before a heavy rain storm came and then installed the new furnace, coil and thermostat fairly quickly. John made the necessary adjustments for the new system to fit correctly including attaching the new coil to the old system setup. I was back online and up and cooling after a few days of no air.

I will recommend ADM to my family and friends looking for quality HVAC service and installation.

Mr. Anthony's company put in a new outdoor unit and air handler. His price for the units and labor were lower than other companies that gave me quotes. Anthony was very professional and accommodating He was able to schedule John over to my mother's condo to install a new AC as soon as he could, knowing that her AC wasn't working correctly.John was also very professional, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company.
