McCrea responded right away when they found out I had an issue at my house. They adjusted their schedule to fit me in. The technician Carlos was awesome! He took the time to explain everything to me and taught me how to maintain my HVAC unit. He made sure to wear masks and gloves. Great service!

I just moved into a new home that has McCrea products. I called to have the HVAC unit serviced because I wasn’t getting any heat. I called the company and received top notch customer service. They sent a tech, Carlos, out and he was phenomenal. He turned the furnace on (can you believe it was turned off?!) and then provided me with a detailed explanation about the system and gave it a thorough check. I was so impressed. Excellent service!

Trevor was very professional, thorough, and experienced. McCrea had installed my brand new furnace and air conditioner 4 years earlier and hooked it up to my existing humidifier for winter months. I always have McCrea come out in the fall and spring to do the maintenance check on the systems. But this particular, experienced individual, Trevor Bedford, checked and verified that my humidifier had never been hooked up properly since the furnace was first installed 4 years earlier and narrowed it down to a single wire and changed it so that it worked properly. It was an easy fix that took 5 minutes. Thank you, Trevor for being so sharp in spotting the problem and resolving it.

Haven’t been home to see that the work was actually completed. But for the past 2 Days I’ve been in a bind and was not able to be present for the worker to do his initial check on day 1 and follow up on the second day.. on blind trust I disarmed the alarm system and lifted my garage allowing for the worker to perform his duties. This happened 2 days in a row. On day 1 upon my arrival home everything was in order- Carlos communicated with me the entire time he was in my home alone. Mr. Carlos Lopez represented your company well and showed how much he could be trusted as an individual, for that I thank him and the company. Now let’s just hope the system is fixed now... over the summer a worker had to come out because one side of the house was not receiving cold air. (System not fully charged) this time the issue was the system was not working at all (bad inducer).. this is a brand new home (March 2019). I thank The company for honoring their warranty- and hope everything works now...

The McCrea service technician who serviced my AC system after a tech from another company provided mediocre service, was thorough, smart, polite, and professional. It was necessary for him to make a second trip because several parts had to be replaced, which he ordered on the spot, to get my AC up and running. (My unit had not been on this year; but last winter when it was serviced I mentioned to that tech that the fan sounded inconsistent , i.e., not running smoothly. He said it was OK.) This was 2 days before the holiday weekend, so I gave McCrea a few days before calling since I had not heard from them. I was told the parts were on order and would not be in until the "next week." I made a call to the manufacturer of the unit about the delay in getting the parts. They acted quickly and got the parts expedited to the dealer last Friday. Installation was scheduled for Monday afternoon because I had a meeting that could not be rescheduled. However, I arrived home 30 min. before the technician was supposed to show. Vincent, the McCrea tech, was waiting for me and had finished the job. Amazing! He came in the house turned on the unit and Yea! I had AC! This guy was fantastic! McCrea, I hope you have more technicians half as good.

Great customer service from start to finishing the job. I had to replace my heat pump so I asked for quotes from a few places. The sales manager from McCrea who came for an estimate took a look at my old unit thoroughly and pointed out problems with not being up to code, which the other companies didn't even mention. He was able to offer me the most reasonable price for the job for the most comprehensive work. They didn't try to sell me the more expensive options or play the numbers game they are very honest with the work they do. The sales manager was very responsive with a bunch of questions I had over the few days leading up to installation, and was accommodating with all of my requests. Overall the experience was great, and I would highly recommend them.
