The guys at Will Air are our saviors. We had ductless mini splits installed by another company and they did a horrendous job. The units leaked, didn't function efficiently, some not at all. After a year of having the original company come out to fix their mistakes and freezing through a winter without a heat source we found Will Air. They listened to our problems and came up with a plan to fix everything. They kept us informed every step of the way and gave us a fair price. We will recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service.

This is the first expense where I feel like I received a great value for my money. I had my whole HVAC system replaced, and Will is upfront and thorough with his estimate and his install team is also focused on providing you with a great service. I absolutely recommend Will Air.

Will Air was exactly what we needed! Several years ago we rehabbed an older home. This place had no central heat or air, and no room for ductwork. We got many estimates to handle this tricky situation, and Will Air's was both the least expensive and the most thoughtful/creative. Will Air installed an extensive ductless multisplit system for us, and it's saved us $$$ and created an extremely comfortable, efficient environment. Best decision we made in 2019. We're working on a sunroom addition, and we're contacting Rob Will ASAP! 100% recommend!

We have been using Will Air with their maintenance plan since we moved in 3.5 years ago and have found them to be an exceptional value. Also every tie we have every had a problem they are quick to come to our aid and take care of the problem, whether big or small.

Recently the heating portion of our HVAC was having big problems. They responded fast and diagnosed the problem. A significan part of our 2013 unit was no longer operable. To replace the part would have been a significant cost, so they could have talked us into a new unit. While we did not have any paperwork for it they said that they would call the manufacturer and check on the warranty. In doing so it was covered and they installed it in a quicker than expected time frame. And because we had their service plan it was done at a discount.

I recently had to reach out to Rob for HVAC concerns at my home. He was so responsive and helpful. Very nice local small business. Will recommend to family and friends who have needs.

We had Rob fix our boiler and hot water heating system. He initially quoted 1.5 days work but the job got far more in depth. Instead of leaving us with no heat, he worked through the weekend to get our heat back up and running. He was very responsive any time we had questions and the work was excellent.

Was referred to Will Air LLC. Called and spoke to Sherry who was extremely professional and polite. I told her a specific day and time I needed service. The HVAC appointment was booked a week in advance. Like clockwork (and as promised) Will Air LLC called me 15 minutes prior to arrival and the technicians were on time as promised. The service technicians were friendly, seemed very knowledgable and clean. This was the most complete, perfect service transaction I've had. I will be having Will Air LLC servicing my HVAC system in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
