I cannot speak highly enough of this company. From my first interaction to completion of the project, owner Rob Will and all of his support staff were fantastic to work with. They were professional, available, extremely thorough, and very fair in their pricing. Mr. Rob and team expediently addressed the serious and significant problems with my entire HVAC system with a primary focus on safety, efficiency and fairness. They stayed within the quoted estimate even as the scope of work changed to include unforeseen difficulties. I cannot recommend them highly enough and feel very secure knowing they will be maintaining my systems. Thank you Mr. Rob!

I can't say enough about Will Air and will recommend them to everyone I know in the area.

I called on recommendation for a dryer duct extension to allow my new Washer/Dryer combo to be installed. Sherry was great and in the end had an appointment set up for me for the same day, and after work! Rob Will, the founder of Will-Air was there at 5:30, as agreed. I found him to be professional, very experienced, knowledgeable and best of all honest and moral, which is hard to find these days.

In the end, he wasn't able to do the duct extension and spent a considerable amount of time explaining why it won't work and trying to find work-arounds. Then he spent even more time helping us to find storage possibilities, as this washer/dryer combo installation was going to give us a considerable amount of much needed space for storage.

I highly encourage everyone to try their services.

The office was very fast in response to my request. (Sherri I think). Rob was very prompt, diagnosed the issue and recommended repair. All went very well and I will use Will Air again.

We recently had Will and his team replace our 20 year old HVAC system. We had quotes from several excellent local companies which I would also highly recommend. Will Air provided us with several different options and we chose the one we felt offered the best solution. The install went smoothly and we are very happy with the outcome. Will and his team were friendly, honest and professional. It's always a pleasure to deal with an honest local company that provides excellent services. If you're in need of a good HVAC company I would highly recommend Will Air.

Overpriced and poor service. Specifically, Mr. Will came to diagnose my furnace which had gone out, in the process of which he replaced a capacitor to "get me through the night" (which it did not, the cap blew within a few hours), and charged over $200 for this "fix" (in addition to the $160 diagnostic charge) without having first confirmed whether I wanted said servicing. He then offered to deduct part of the cap charge if I replaced the furnace, which admittedly was needed. However, the upfront nickel and diming came off as dishonest, and on this account I opted for another HVAC specialist (who was excellent) to replace the furnace. People need to make a living, I get that, but a more forthcoming approach on servicing would have merited Mr. Will a higher ticket job in the end. As it stands, this experience left me with the bad taste of unethical opportunism.

Rob and Sherry are two of the most genuine people I've every met, let alone had work completed from. Their company and values are extremely well run, and they were able to help me with a very time sensitive situation. They went above and beyond any expectations I ever could have imagined to help me with my HVAC needs. It's so hard to find companies that truly put their customer needs first, but Will Air definitely does. Highly recommend! Thank you for caring, and your teams great work.

Highly recommended! When I first moved into my house they cleaned the ducts and did an outstanding job. I have used them for routine maintenance and for some issues that have come up with my system. They are always fair, professional and do a great job.

There is no better HVAC company out there! The team at Will Air bent over backwards for us to get us portable air conditioners (on a Sunday!) when our unit went up on the hottest weekend of the year. They just finished the install of our new unit as well, and we could not be happier!!
