Our service technician, Tyrel did a fantastic job of cleaning and maintenance on both of our heat pumps. I highly recommend him and hope we get him for our next heat pu.p maintenance!

Overall I appreciate the fast and very professional service from My Servicer.

Would I use you all again? I would probably look around and ask around for a recommendation from neighbors before I would just call you all in a pinch. The diagnostic fee was $69 and Mr. X did a nice job explaining the issue was that I did not have a common wire, so my nest thermostat ran out of power and needed to be charged. My furnace was off because the “on/off” light switch style button my my furnace was switched to “off” (I accidentally turned it off when I was poking around this morning trying to figure out why the thermostat and furnace were not working and in my 6am fumble thought it was the switch for the humidifier)

So I appreciate that the $69 “diagnostic fee” was waived. However, was a little off to me that I had to be charged $129 for the light switch “repair fee” for the light switch that controls the furnace to be turned from “off” to “on.” But honestly, what is the point of saying you have a “diagnostic fee” when basically you all are going to charge your basic repair fee for a “repair” as simple as turning on a light switch? When people call you should just say that the minimum fee is $129 in the service of honesty. Typically, I expect a quality service provider to say “ok the service fee is __, here is the repair, would you like me to fix the issue and the total would now be ___?” to which I would have said “no thanks! I will turn that switch on my self. Preciate you and Here is the diagnostic fee!”

Look, I get it, good businesses have to pay good workers well and these are trying times for small businesses. I have No issue overpaying a small business a $60 during this time for good service if I felt they are upfront and honest about pricing. I certainly appreciate the excellent service that Mr. X very quickly gave me today. But when I am trying to determine if I will be a repeat customer somewhere, or if I am going to call or recommend X business on the drop of a dime when I have a problem, or if I will take the quotes and estimate of X business for a job without feeling a lot of need to shop around, feeling like the business is honest goes a long way. Like I said, I would recommend in a pinch for the fast, courteous, professional service of the company as represented by Mr. X. But the verdict is out on the very important metric of “honesty about pricing” which would stop me from recommending or using again without comparing to some other service providers in the area.

Also I tried to email this review in response because I want to give a business a chance to hear my feedback without hurting their bottom line so I replied to the email I got after service that asked are “you happy or unhappy with the services” but it was a “just click either or” no reply email , so I called them and asked if I could have an email to send a comment to and they said they didn’t have one so I said “I mean I guess I can post on Google?” And he said “sure!” So that’s what I did...

$100 diagnostics fee is reasonable. $1400 for a new blower motor installed is also reasonable. However, adding on another $1400 for a blower motor module including installation, and $550 for a fan wheel installation is insanity and robbery.

The new blower motor comes with a module already installed, as in no work is needed by the technician to install it. Even if it didnt come preinstalled, it involves plugging in a single connector and tightening two screws. This is not $1400 dollars worth of work.

They also wanted to charge me $550 for installing a fan wheel. Why is that not included with the blower motor installation?

They wanted all this money and couldn't even fix the issue same day. They couldn't give me a time frame when they could possible get the parts, simply said when they arrive.

As far as I'm concerned they really had no interest in actually working on my unit and wanted to simply take my $100 diagnostics fee.

I found another HVAC company that charged me $1500 including a weekend diagnostics fee to replace it with a OEM part.

Great service. Stephen was wonderful and pleasant. He went the extra mile and discovered a cracked heat exchanger which is and can grow to be a very dangerous situation. I very much appreciate the extra effort and insights.
