Stephen Scott served the consummate technician’s role in diagnosing the repairs needed to my HVAC unit—discerning and repairing the refrigerant leak, Identifying a shorted-out compressor, arranging shipment and installation upon arrival of the part. Knowledgeable, personable, and mindful of COVID-19 precautions, I was immensely relieved that my system would soon be running again—
very well done.
When the part arrived, Stephen worked diligently all day, having to get inside and lift the very heavy compressor overtop the outside unit and work in that extremely tight space and did it cheerfully. When I attempted to commiserate about the difficulties, he simply replied that he didn’t mind and that that was his job. With the recent run of chilly mornings, I was grateful that he had it done, and I now have heat and air available at will.

Tyrell did a great job with our annual AC maintenance. He was able to resolve an issue with a clogged drain pipe before it became a real issue. Looking forward to our heating maintenance in the fall!
