Nelson from Gaitan Services and his assistant did a fantastic job installing our new gas cooktop today. He took extra time to make sure the job was done perfectly, but stuck to his quoted price. We had a great experience with Gaitan Services and give them our highest recommendation.

I have a very strange old AC setup in our attic. The drippan was old and the system had gotten ripped apart by raccoons. Nelson went up there in a small space to work. He Got rid of the old pan. Put in a new pan. Put in a float alarm so I would know if any water in pan. He reconnected pipes. He cleaned everything up. He made sure all the pipes were graded to drain. He blew out the whole system to make sure pipes were clear. He cleaned coils. He went above and beyond!!! Thank you Nelson!.. Paige Lynch

I was referred to Nelson at Gaitan Services by a friend for an AC issue. He came fast so we didnt wait long for an appointment. He spent the time to accurately diagnose the problem with our HVAC. Then he explained the issue to us and was patient with our questions. He suggested a course of action and most importantly, he gave us a fair price. After fixing the problem, he checked in with us to ensure things were working properly. He was professional, showed up on time, and most importantly, did great work. There was no feeling of being nickle and dimed.

Nelson was great he came out and immediately fixed the issue that was causing my mini-split heat pump to keep faulting and shutting off.
