JV Mechanical heating and air services

Highly recommend JC mechanical! My ac unit and furnace both stopped working a couple of days ago. Upon my first estimate, I decided to look around for a better rate to complete the job. JV came in $500 lower than there competitor and installed my new AC and furnace within 24 hours. I look forward to working with this company in the future.

Incompetent and poor communication. Scheduled and confirmed an appointment for Wednesday for arrival between 9am - 11am. Jimmy called at 10:46am to say that he’s running behind and will be there within an hour. An hour passed and no call and no show. I called the office as well as text and no response. At 1:15 Jimmy calls to say he can be there in 45 mins. I had informed him that we have an appointment at 3pm so we need to leave by 2:30pm. He assured me he’ll be done by 2:30. 2:45pm he was still here and we had to leave. No written estimates were provided and no proper diagnostics were done. He called back the next day and we requested a written estimate which he said he will be sending via email.
5 days later and still no estimate or any form of communication.
Poor customer service.

I called JV Mechanical on a Saturday and was able to receive an appointment within a couple hours. Jimmy came out and was very professional and made sure he figured out the problem and fixed it before he left. The price was very reasonable. I had another seperate issue and called. Again Jimmy came out and solved the problem with no issues. I would highly recommend them.

I ‘ve used jv mechanical several time And they’ve always been courteous prompt and through.so when my system gave up I called them to remplace it couldn’t be happier with the workmanship and the two guys there were here to install it .polite professional courteous and did a great job. Highly recommend

We had these guys install an AC for us. They First quoted a good price for installing it. They showed on time. They were very kind and professional. They answered any questions we had and they cleaned up any mess they made. I would highly recommend this company.

Turned out to be the coolant, Which I Replaced for a reasonable price. I Also gave me a good quote to replace the unit if need it down the line. Very happy with the service. Jimmy Seemed like a stand-up guy.
