Tempo Heating and Cooling Service

We had a horrible experience today with Tempo. We woke up to our furnace not turning on at all. My husband called and they said they'd have someone out between 9-12. At 11:45 I called because we hadn't heard anything. They told me we were on the schedule and that the technician would call me with an ETA. No one called. I called back around 2:30. She told me a manager would call me. At 3, the manager called me and said that they have no one available who was qualified for our job and they'd have to get an outside contractor to do it, which would take 2-3 days. She could not give me an answer as to why in the world they would have scheduled us in the first place. Obviously it's too late in the day to get anyone else to come out now. I'm pregnant and we have a small child at home. This is just unacceptable.

From the first phone call, to turning on and enjoying our new AC system, Tempo Heating and Cooling Service was 100% professional. The entire job was well planned and executed. It's very refreshing to work with a company that still believes high quality work and customer service are the most important parts of doing business

Our technician was awesome! He conducted maintenance on our system. We are new to this area and I truly appreciated the mini training session he provided regarding our unit and thermostat. I was without heat during the middle of a very cold snap. They had a Willis out in under am an hour to check on my furnace. They were all very polite and helpful. They answered all my questions and didn't leave until I understood my new heating system. I would definitely recommend this professional group to anyone!

I was very pleased with the service I received. The two technician were very kind, professional, patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions. The install turned out really well and they cleaned up after themselves. I was also very pleased with the price. We were able to get an AC for less than anyone else quoted us and we didn't have to make any sacrifices to get a lower price.

I called to schedule a service call and was told they would come to my house the next day. I took off work for two hours waiting and nobody showed up or called. Complete waste of time with this contractor.
