Very pleased with Sila Heating and A/C. Super responsive service, and very helpful technicians and estimators. Our AC went out on a hot July weekend and Sila was able to help us quickly (tech came out next day), and provided a very reasonable estimate for both repairs and replacement unit. Highly recommend and we will use them again!

Our AC stopped working late in the day on a very hot summer day. We had adopted a newborn baby just days prior and needed it to be fixed ASAP. The thought of dragging out new baby to a hotel or friend's house (Covid yucks!) was not what we wanted to do. After being told by several other companies that they couldn't get out until the next day (or later) we called Sila. They responded right away! The technician was here within an hour and had our AC fixed in no time. I thought the price was reasonable considering the quick response and quality work. I knew he would try to sell me a new AC unit (ours is ancient), but he could see we had our hands full and just did the job and left. Would recommend and use again.

Tony came out for my Summer Start Up and Maintenance and as always was courteous and professional. I am pleased that Sila sends the same technician to my home for each service. Thier scheduling team is also very pleasant.

I have used SIla for about 10 years since they installed a high velocity air conditioning system for my second floor. I converted it into an office and additional bedroom and I was tired of the insufficient and unattractive window units hanging out my front windows.

They are professional, courteous, and always on time.

I liked them so much that I purchased a maintenance plan with them so they could take care of all my AC and heating needs in my 70 year old home.

Great service!! Called and requested same day service as our AC was not working - and in 91 degree weather we needed it fixed ASAP. Tech explained the situation, had the parts available and got the system working again. Even gave me tips on things that I can do to get it working more efficiently. Thank you sooo much as all other “same day service” AC repair were not same day!! The others had appointments days out. Would recommend this company for any AC needs.
