We had Zahir come out to repair our HVAC system. He was prompt and got the job done quickly. This is the 2nd time Sila has come(the first time was an estimate), Zahir did the estimate and was so knowledgeable and friendly that we specifically asked for him to do the actual repair. This company is great

Brandon was very professional and did an excellent job of installing our new toilet. He had everything cleaned up and showed us that the new toilet was working properly.

Starting with the team of Tyler and Tony, who came by the very next morning and gave us our estimate to the quick service the next day for a brand new furnace. The professionalism continued the next day with Joshua and Keith who skillfully placed the furnace and explained in detail what they were doing. They placed sheets of protective mats on the floor and shoe covers to not damage anything. To finish off with the ladies at the home office, Rachel, Miranda, and Deanna who set up the original appt and helped with the financials.

Mr. Vilche fixed my air conditioner quickly and was very knowledgeable about what could be going on. After troubleshooting a few things, he was able to fix a water line and get everything back up and running. I will definitely call them again with further issues.

We can always rely on Sila to be prompt, professional, and thorough. It’s not the cheapest service around but you get what you pay for. Our technician, Tony, was very polite and knowledgeable. Our thermostat broke and when I told him we have family coming to town (two days after the maintenance call) he was able to get a new thermostat and install it by the next day. Can’t thank you enough.

My experience with Sila was fantastic. Tony arrived at my home shortly after my AC failed. He was very professional. He took his time to explain what was wrong with my unit and answered all my questions. I recommend Sila for any of your heating and AC needs. Ask for Tony!
